Ok, this is no "real" complaint but a question to the members here.

Since 1,5 years i am (mostly happy) customer at Rizk and so far i think till today its a really good casino except in this last period i´ve noticed a lot of outages on thier website.

I use to play mostly evo roulette and sometimes slots. However i often experience technical glitches such as "bets reject" on live tables or errors such as "game not available" if i play slots.

Anybody here experience the same problems or is it just me?

Apart from that, i really would like to stay with Rizk since the former Capt. has helped me a lot with a loss i had due to those technical issues.

Yes, I've always have had problems there, but not so much since I bought a new computer.

This last week though there are several games that doesn't work (Bonanza is one) or that the bottom isn't showing, which mean I can't see how much money I have in the game.

I was just going to send a pm to their new rep but I guess I can tagg him to this thread instead :)

If you search for Bonanza there are 2 results. One is the old one that doesnt work anymore. You have to pick the other one. But dont get to excited yet, this version of the game has no autoplay button so its almost unplayable. But I heard that will be fixed.


Your other other problem can easily fixed with switching to fullscreen (F11) and back. If not, try again. Might take 2 or 3 tries but it will work. :)

So why is Creature of the black lagoon not working? :)

Another problem I have is that I've never managed to use the full screen option so that advice didn't help much. I have of course tried and really it shouldn't be needed.

About Bonanza I did see yesterday that it was two to choose from, but today I couldn't find the other. If no autoplay I wouldn't play it anyway though.

I have checked with our tech team and during the last few days there has apparently been some instability on the site, due to a heavily increased traffic. However, I got the information that the site should be more stable now and performing much better after some changes have been made (I am not that tech savvy, so I will not go into details here) Please send me a PM should you experience any issues on the site. Some of these errors can also be user specific and then I would need your email address (via PM) and I'll happily look into it. :thumbsup:

@Tirilej Three weeks ago the game provider of Bonanza changed from NYX to Microgaming on Rizk. You might have the older "version" also visible in your recently played games. This will disappear by clearing cache from your browser. The game is the same, it's just the provider which changed: I just tested Creature of the Black Lagoon and it works for me. No it doesn't work. It's just black.

When it comes to Bonanza I did clear my cache of course since I'm aware it can cause problems. That still didn't help and the non working game is still there.
As he said though that it's no autoplay function on it anyway it doesn't matter much.

I know that you removed Novomatic for Swedes a while ago. Still I could see one of the games, but couldn't play it. I shouldn't be able to see them at all normally.

That did open, no autoplay, won't play it :)

Bonanza is working fine it's just for some reason they switched to a new version. For example when i logged on the other day I clicked on Bonanza which was in my last game played list and found game not found. When I searched for it I was given 2 Bonanza icons so I just think it's bad website management when switching out which version they have. Think the new version is mobile since it looks odd and doesn't have auto play.

I have always found Rizk to be glitchy.

at least its not that real "bad" experience which i had but it can be frustrating at times if things do not work the way they should and unfortunately this happened often recently.
However if anything tech related happens again, i will contact you.

I play on a mobile and I have stopped playing at Rizk due to a couple of my favourite games not loading. I spoke to live chat as I like the casino but they said the fault is on my device. I am not convinced it is as I can play those games at any of my other casinos. I used to play at Thrills which is a sister site and had the same messages concerning games there. Maybe coincidence but it’s the same issue.

There are some casinos who have Bonanza through Migrogaming and with autoplay function, so it's not mission impossible to do, hopefully get done at Rizk as well one day as really can't see one to play Bonanza without that function :(

I checked at Guts and their Bonanza have autoplay. Rizk have already lost a deposit or two from me just because of this so I hope he let us know when the option is back :)

And provided through Migrogaming :) Not such a big loss in these deposits as they go to same company, but not making it available for sure make some Bonanzars to go play it outside of GIG

I just wanted to let you guys know that I have asked our casino team to look at why we do not have the autoplay function on Bonanza at Rizk right now. I'll post here in the thread when I have some (hopefully good) news. :thumbsup:
