I've just been playing on Rizk and would like to know your opinion what's just happenend to me.

I was playing Jewel Blast, quite lucky and after a couple of ~ 10X - 25X bet I decided to raise my bet to 2.50 Euro. After some rounds I was lucky enough to win more than 100X my bet, unfortunately don't know exactly how much and haven't made a screenshot, but think it was something about 258,-

When I openend next game, I saw my balance hadn't been credited by this win and in my gaming history for some strange reason I only can see my results to just a minute before this win, so can't see anything about it.

Immediately contacted live support, only thing he said was "most likely a connection problem and this game round hasn't been played on their servers at all, this is a common slot issue".......

I couldn't believe what I heard and immediately cashed out my other winnings (225,-). Problem is I can't prove anything, but in all the years I've been slot playing I've never ever had this problem, never ever heard of something like this. Before blaming Rizk of unfair play, I want your honest opinion about this; really bad luck??
 
That is a pile of BS from Rizk CS. If you were shown a spin result - loss or win - then it generated a RNG result, hence it should be recorded on the game provider's servers. Imagine the huge loophole it would potentially open, if that would be common..... e.g. after every big win...."oops, the game round hasn't played on their servers, tough man but you won zilch". Completely unacceptable, casinos and game providers are required by the regulations to have traceability, even for game disconnects.

I would ping the @Captain Rizk to have a look.

Yep @Harry_BKK is right, if there was a game round then it would have been registered - communication error or not. The only situation where this is different is when for some reason you get logged out without realising. Play when logged out is not recorded against users for obvious reasons.

PM me the e-mail address you signed up with and i will get the casino guys to see what happened here. I am on holiday currently but will try to turn this around for you as soon as i can

Suddenly is was thinking: what if I have closed the game too soon while it was calculating the win......?? So I opened the game again, and indeed: I had an unfinished game :eek2:
How stupid could I've been! After letting it finished, my balance had been credited with a nice 251,40.

Person from live support many big thumbs down for that stupid reply. At least he could have asked me "didn't I close the game too soon......." instead of such a bullshit reply that these sort of things are common with slots......

I agree that we will look into the chat that you had as this shouldnt have happened and give relevant training where necessary
 
Hate to bother the captain

I had a cashout from rizk late last night....checked to see if it was in my ecopayz account right now....nope ....checked for an email from rizk...nope...
Signed into my account and the money was reverted back....go to CS....

They tell me I have to withdraw to my bank account. I deposited with one time use credit card. Disposable ones.

I dont have a bank account, just a business bank account. Chat services tells me that I need to open a bank account. I don’t need or want to open a bank account.

This has never been an issue.
why do they accept these cards? And why is it I had to go to my rizk account to know my withdrawal was rejected?

This has never been an issue and from now on I will not use this deposit method however I still have a withdrawal that I can’t get.

When will you allow Canadians play BTG games... so many other casinos like Videoslots, Casino Casino, Play OJO and more let Canadians play BTG games and yet on your site and some other games are restricted. Sorry I have no interested in playing your site being that I have better choice of games at other accredited casinos! also in the past you had Instadebit as a payment option and have noticed over the years Instadebit was available, then not then available again then gone again what's up with that? same on Guts.

As I understand it, it comes down to who distributes the games to the casino; i may be wrong and im sure others will correct me if need be

Yes you are correct - these are supplied to us via Nyx (Scientific Games) who deem Canada a restricted territory so do not allow play on any games that they supply whether they own them or not. We are looking for other solutions to this so that we can offer them in Canada
