Rizk Casino issues - unable to withdraw

Hello,

Is someone experiencing the same problem? I registered at Rizk cause they have a good reputation (i read on ypur homepage that they won your award). Everything was fine, good support, fast verification and withdrawals.

Now they seem to have a new system with some issues. The most important issue is that i cant withdraw anymore. This is really an urgent issue since its the most important thing in an online casino - you want to be able to get your money, why should i deposit if i cant withdraw any money?

Rizk told me that they work on this issue and it should took about 2 more days. Unfortunately the issue is already in place since some days.... i am afraid to not get my money, can someone tell me if you have the same problem and when its solved for you?

To be clear: i really liked the casino, nice homepage, rewards, kind customer service, fast verification, fast withdrawals... but now i dont know what to do... its not that i am playing with like 5€, its thousands of euros i want to withdraw...

I know they changed the system the other day but no, I haven't had the same problem since I haven't played.

Don't worry! They will pay you as soon as they can:thumbsup:

If you're afraid you will reverse it then just lock it while waiting but they are reliable.

Talking of Rizk, that homepage intro is most annoying piece of crap ever, it locks my computer up and takes a age to load.

Then it's probably a uk issue or with your computer because for me it just takes a second.

There was a recent change in the terms and conditions at Rizk. It might be something to do with that, because I've just been given the "jump through hoops to get my poxy withdrawal paid" treatment this morning. The reason: my total cashouts exceeded £2300.

Funny thing is, my total cashouts exceeded £2,300 on January 11th, not this morning.

Thank you for the PM letting me know that this has been resolved now, i will chase up the withdrawal approval later today.

We did change payment providers on Wednesday last week that has caused some disruption to both deposits and withdrawals for certain countries. Germany and New Zealand in particular, I understand that these are mostly resolved now but there is still some final "polishing" to do.

Changing payment providers should allow us to offer more payment methods and (ironically) faster withdrawal processing times amongst other things - once those are implemented I will let you now.

If you are aware, is there any word on Gut's Skrill deposit option returning, see you got yours sorted but they have not.

Hey Jon, the last update i heard was on Friday and that was that iGC were hoping to have some developments very soon. However I also know that Guts are (scheduled to, so dont hold me to it ;) ) also moving payment provider in the next couple of days and that would also solve the issue. I would expect it to be resolved in the next day or two...

Thanks Captain. I was just asking in live chat and my 2 withdrawals are still not approved. This took a long time now, can you tell me if this will be fixed today like live chat said to me on weekend?

Hi harper85 - i have your details and am tracking your WD's. I have been told that the problem should be resolved today now that the banks are back online. If we approve them now then it will go into the banking system and will fail and then take many days to come back to us so that we can re process it, it is far better to wait a few more hours and then the money will arrive to you far more quickly. With Rizk you do have the option to go and "Lock Withdrawal" which means that you cannot reverse your withdrawal while you wait for approval.

Our apologies for the delay, we have a number of staff working on this as we speak and i will let you know once it is resolved.

Thank you, Captain. Yes, you are right, its better to wait some hours than days. Thank you for your support and it would be nice to have my money tomorrow at the latest (transfer today). I locked the withdrawal now but funny think is that i was told cancelling withdrawals isnt currently possible as well due to the system problems?
