Rizk Casino is not as great as you should believe it

    Hello,
    i play long Time in Rizk Casino and deposit only via Neteller.

    Now i deposit 1 Time via Paysafe Card and win 80 Euro i withdraw this Money.

    Nothing, the Money go back of my Balance,and withdraw and Back.

    Support say, this Money is only for Banktransfer.

    I send a PM on Captain Rizk, no answere.

    And the Support is absolut stubborn.

    I think 9.8 Point for Rizk Casino is to high.

    Better Casinos is Videoslots,Betsafe,Betspin,Redbet.

    Rizk Casino is not as great as you should believe it

    What is this "International Pick on Rizk Week" :what:

    They simply returned the deposit to your account as would any other casino as you used a pre pay voucher as your deposit method.

    When using Paysafe vouchers or any other vouchers for that matter, the usual withdrawal method will be bank transfer / wire 99% of the time.

    Exceptions can lawfully be made if there is an alternative deposit method history showing on the account.

    Come across this umpteen times over the years and its a mandatory regulation put in place by governing bodies other than the casino(s)

    Rizk has done nothing wrong and yet finds itself subject to another whiny thread :rolleyes:

    I fail to see what Rizk done wrong here.....should they have kept the deposit and make an exception? :confused:

    This was standard procedure as Jon said (sorry to be cliquey).

    1. maybe he dont want to answer you , it is from antimoney regulations that your deposit needs to withdraw to bank.

    2 . support there is exellent usually.

    Think all the OP is wondering is why there was no flexibility from Rizk.

    According to him he regularly deposits by neteller and this was a one of deposit by paysafe. So he just assumed that as he used neteller all deposits bar one they would withdraw to Neteller like they normally do.

    Think its all down to anti money laundering rules and most casinos are trying to keep themselves right.

    Take the main UK bookies. You can deposit by cash , debit card, paysafe etc. and process withdrawals to your debit card you have used before all the time. Try it with foreign based casinos and you will not be able to it will be by bank transfer.

    I can see the surprise/ shocked part where the withdrawal doesn't get processed in the way the OP had anticipated. So why single out Rizk in particular for this, unless the other casinos listed make some sort of exception? :confused:

    Maybe last time he used them they did make an exception.

    Saying that because last year i deposited at Guts all the time mainly by neteller sometimes by paysafe but always got withdrawals to neteller no problem.

    Until this year when id deposited mainly by neteller then used a paysafe. I got same as the OP. Waited all day for a withdrawal to find out late on when they put it back in my account wht there was a delay. No email or anything so contacted chat who told me last deposit was a paysafe so had to do bank transfer. Was like okay fine nice to have let me know earlier tho.

    So not sure if its this year they are all becoming stricter.

    It is a holiday in Malta today so please forgive for not sorting this out the very second you PMd me at 11.17 last night!

    I will look into it tomorrow when back at work and see if anything can be done but as many have stated this is a regulatory thing.

    Another day, another Rizk thread. Seems the moans have migrated from 32Red to Rizk :p

    Seriously, Rizk is one of the best casinos in recent years and yet to see a genuine complaint here or elsewhere where the casino has been at fault.
