Rizk Casino - Help please!

I really need some advice. I joined rizk two nights ago , deposited and played for hours , eventually I won 380 quid and withdrew 360. Basically cut the story short , I thought my account had been verified automatically as other casinos immediately tell u if they need further docs, I even checked on the verification page in my account and there was YOU MUST upload DOCS TO USE ACCOUNT etc I always check for this as I don't have a passport or driving license and no it can be a ball ache. Anyway surprise surprise after I withdrew hours later that's what they ask for . its crazy I can open a bank account, credit card but I can't withdraw my winnings I'm on benefits, I'm my partners carer. We only get 300 a month between us , so to win 350 is like winning the lottery. They r basically saying no ID no winning. So I'm asking this, is the only option for me to spend 40 quid on a ID card I'm never going to use ever again just so rizk let me have my winnings , I just can't quite believe it , any advice welcome

casinos should be black listed for this sort of treatment. happy to take your money but not give it back when you win.

best of luck, dont let it go and after you get your money close your account and stick with large uk bookmakers.

I find it hard to believe that you Managed to have no id till now.
Unless of course, we are not getting the full story. But as Harry states above we will give you the benefit of the doubt.

And yes if paying $40 to get an ID will get you $350. Then do it. Make sure it’s one they accept so you’re not wasting your money.

Something similar happened to me....I had to open a bank account so I can get my money from their sister casino GUTS.

I can't see SOW being an issue if the despoit we are talking about is £40 which is the equivalent of 1 weeks tax for me nice to see it's going to good use......

All i can say is if you are in UK and on benefits and your partners carer you need to go get some advice as no way in hell would you only get £300 a month between you. You would get way more than that for just your carers allowance and your partner would receive way more than that in invalidity benefits. Just saying.

This reply is just for those that seem to think I'm being untruthful and jumping on the benefit bandwagon. Up till last month we got a lot more money yes thats true but if your from the UK u will have heard of universal credit and pip assessments I'm sure , so for now pip has been stopped and therefore carers so for now on universal credit only, which is 300 a month per couple, rent goes direct to landlord thank god. Anyway not that has to do with anything cos I only join casinos with a free no deposit have a few spins and leave. I spun rizk wheel and won £25 to play with and for once in my life I won. I lent a ten of my mum so can deposit so could with draw and that put's me in position I am in. If u don't drive and don't travel why would u have photo ID in the UK.

So I checked shadow bet casino cos knew I was with them . checked the verification tab and it says no docs requested. But then I've never deposited or withdrawn from there so how do I no ?? As rizk never said there was a problem either till I withdrew?

Im 38 years old. ID cards were not used when I was proving drinking age era and still on the whole not used in the UK. I don't no anyone that has an ID card. I do want a passport but don't have 150 spare and can't afford holidays right now. My girlfriend is half Maltese and misses Malta but life doesn't allow it right now

Just to recap so we get it right.

- Sebastian from Rizk has not answered so far?
- Did you lock the withdrawal? If not, please do so as I don't want you to be tempted to play it back (and I would then waste my and other peoples time).
- The birth certificate is in readable condition? And you can take a pic I assume which you would then need to upload to your Rizk account?

sorted it for me very quickly - although he isn't around anymore). I did have problems initially , but through this forum and the rep it was
sorted quite quickly.

Yes to be honest I found this forum because of your exact post!! I googled my problem and found your post, I thought it seemed to have a happy outcome so knew it was worth a shot. So cheers mate will update when all sorted

sorted out quickly though. Im one of those without a passport (im not a traveller) and driver licence - two of the usual requested items,
but more often than not most casinos have been very helpful (rizk included) in getting my accounts activated by other i.d methods. Ive
only had one casino who wouldn't budge on the photo i.d thing, so i never used them again.

It is actually £75 if you do it online. Copy and paste the bolded text into Google: Renew or replace your adult passport. Then go to the GOV website and you will find all the necessary information.
