Anyway i am out of this thread. But the signing up to casinos for freebies was not the point. The point was that first he deposited and played then later he posted he only deposited to get withdrawal fair enough. But you do not live in UK so you have no idea about benefits payments. And you can be assured in this country he will be making more than the average low earning employees so their was no need to try make this into some sob story about how little he gets a month when it is crap.

But like i said none of my business i am out of here people can have sympathy and believe whatever crap is posted if they want.

You are right, I don't know about the benefits system in the UK and wasn't trying to be offending you in any way, shape or form. I was only replying to the part of the sign up bonuses and free spins :)

I work in a bloody benefits agency. Not dealing with Universal credit. But i know amounts people get. I know there can be problems with initial few months of universal credit but after that sorry you don't get £300 a month in your situation.

If you do then like i said in my original post go get help and advice as you are obviously not getting paid the correct amount or claimimg everything you are entitled to.

Anyway like i said i am out of this thread. Actually tried to be helpful in telling you if you are getting £300 a month you are getting well screwed. Your partner should get well over that alone with out even taking you into consideration.

But i have gave advice if what you say is true you are getting paid incorrectly go to your local citizens advice and get them to sort it out for you. Best advice i will give. Have a good weekend.

I don't no why I've done this must b crazy but hate being called liar this is the last word on my earnings bloody ridiculous

Well you just backed up my whole bloody point. That says standard allowance . If you are a bloody carer and your partner is incapable of work then you should not be on bloody standard allowance which like i said you should go seek advice as you should be getting more. But as you aren't interested in that point i will leave you to get on with it no big deal to me if you do not get paid right amount. And might as well be pernickety since you seem to be trying to prove a point but £336 is more than £300 and also it says standard allowance is £498 so not my fault you are losing £160 for some reason. But also add £500 standard allowance to £450 rent payment and your council tax rebate and that will actually be £1100 a month standard benefits where as someone earning £1100 a month would have to pay rent and council tax so would be no better off. And as i have said several times if you are the carer you should be entitled to a lot more than that.

Anyway have a nice weekend.

My Lord my partner went for her pip assessment and she was rejected we are having to appeal it my carers stopped her pip stopped now on Uc only. I really do not know why I'm explaining myself to you. If I needed help with benefits I'd be on a totally different forum. As it is I came on here to find out if getting an ID card was the only way, that was it nothing more nothing less

To be fair, he implied PIP had been stopped in an earlier post, and obviously that means no carers. Also, just because you get PIP it doesn't follow that you get the LCWRA. Unless there is transitional protection then there are no SDP/EDP elements either, so quite possibly the amount is correct.
£160 a month in deductions would imply advance payment repayment and probably debt to the DWP.

I know its off topic but UC is a massive cluster fuck at the moment and the government is most likely going to lose a few more high profile court cases surrounding it before long (to add to their list of previous ones!)

So just an update for people that our interested. Still no winnings. It has taken them (rizk) over a week to decide that in fact they do need a photo ID card! This is after every day coming back saying its too blurry or we still need this and that. Very stressful and upsetting. Especially then to be told but we Still need photo ID! I had accepted the fact days ago that I'd have to buy a Id card I'd emailed asking for a name of which ID card they accepted but they replied saying don't spend money your birth certificate will be fine?! Anyway what is done is done. I'm now waiting for them to give me names of UK ID cards they accept as last thing I want is to buy one send it off and they reply saying we don't accept citizen cards etc etc !
I've sent them literally everything I could, including copies of my credit file showing soft searches completed by other casinos, credit card statement, utility bills, even my tenancy contract lol but to no avail.

Fingers crossed for next week!!

Government issued card?
I find it hard to believe that you Managed to have no id till now.
Unless of course, we are not getting the full story. But as Harry states above we will give you the benefit of the doubt.

And yes if paying $40 to get an ID will get you $350. Then do it. Make sure it’s one they accept so you’re not wasting your money.

Something similar happened to me....I had to open a bank account so I can get my money from their sister casino GUTS.

Good luck. Let us know how it turns out.

Its not really that uncommon here in the UK. I had no photo ID as my passport had run out and I had a driving licence (issued in 1986) which didn't have a photograph on. The only reason I invested £20 in a photo driving licence was because of casino regs. Its very easy not to have any photo ID here in the UK as not everybody travels, hence no passport, nor has a driving licence or if over around 40, has a non photo one.

My wife was rejected for PIP as well, despite DLA ending which was awarded at higher rate care, lower rate mobility. The DWP assessor submitted a seriously flawed report, even claiming we own parrots. WTF, we have never owned parrots and cannot even see the relevance of this statement!!! I now have 3 part time jobs (two at local school so I can coincide that with my kids school run) and work remotely from home for a solicitors in London - basically my 20+ years career which I was fold to end immediately by social services when my wife couldn't cope at home. DLA ends, now DWP insist I work despite Social Services saying I should stay at home to be my wife's carer. PIP assessment is flawed from the outset and we have our court tribunal in September to appeal it.

I now limit myself to £20 a week for a flutter (was really chuffed at £550 withdrawal earlier this week). I used to be more active when I had a good income, but needs must, etc.

Good luck with all aspects of your current circumstances. I would have thought a birth certificate, payment proof and ID for current address should suffice, but I suppose each casino has their rules set down by the GC. I have played at casinos where no ID is requested until you hit a certain deposit/withdrawal amount (£1200 or thereabouts I think).

To be honest if I had the time I would have much preferred to get a provisional driving license (at least one day I might actually use that) but I need this money asap and driving license can take weeks. If you pay a little extra you can get next day delivery. Mind you its taking them all day just to reply with a named id card in which they accept - wanted to get it in the post but another day wasted ::(

Has Sebastian at Rizk not helped at all?

He sort of helped but they won't budge unfortunately. It turns out im not a normal case as when I deposited i used paypal and the paypal is under my girlfriends name as our money is paid as a joint claim and therefore just the one payment and it goes into her account. anyone because i did that it doesn't matter what i and even my girlfriend sent in they wont budge unless they have a pretty photo of me :) my own fault really but i never thought anything of it. Im not an experienced player - lesson learnt! The ironic thing is we though use paypal withdrawals are done in a hour or two hahah how silly of us! never mind such is life lesson learnt

but I will add Rizk knew the circumstances over a week ago - what annoys me is they said the birth certificate was fine and then over a week later after sending them everything in - literally, that they need an id card. why didnt they say that at the beginning and I wouldnt of got my hopes up nor wasted time. Its like being on a rollercoaster with them. I wont spend another penny with them that is for certain!

I would complain to the UKGC in the meantime. It isn't a regulation that they have to see photo ID, not everyone has photo ID in the UK. If you can get a mortgage from a bank without photo ID then there are certainly no UKGC rules stating you need to provide it to withdraw a few hundred quid.
