    I done a deposit in Rivernile casino,after I have lost my deposit i asked the download promotion.But manager has denied me the welcome bonus.
    This behavior is very bad because,I must asked bonus before to play my deposit.

    This is this only microgaming casino that has not given me the bonus,and I have lost in all sisters of this casino alwayes.

    Same thing happened to me when the casino opened about 2 or 3 years ago. I lost the deposit but they didnt give me the bonus when claerly the terms and conditions did not state I was ineligible. After some persistence,they gave in and refunded my deposit in full Well,at least they didnt keep my money so continue pressing them till you get back your deposit.
