    Has anyone participated in this and received their bonus.

    I have emailed 3 times (No reply) I have phoned and been told it will be escalated to the promotions department and I will have it in 24 hours (That was Monday). Now they say I have not even registered for it WHICH I KNOW FOR A FACT I HAD.

    Even though Damien has now claimed it for me, I still have not received this imaginary confirmation email that they say I should have done when I claimed last Wednesday

    Your first course of action should've been to contact BelleRock, who is a frequent contributor to the forum... You should give the reps a chance to resolve the issue to your benefit before posting it on the forum, and filing pitch-a-bitch with Bryan. The last option should be avoided unless you have hard evidence to prove your case, as Bryan will bill you f500 for an unfounded claim.

    The hard evidence is, it should have been in yesterday and it isnt. Cant get much better than that.

    I was basically asking if anyone else had had such a problem. I have seen on other boards that they have as well

    Having a screenshot that stated your claim was accepted would be hard evidence, all we have is your chat log with Damien. You need proof that you claimed that bonus for the two weeks in question. I'm not disputing your claim, but Bryan will need something more to go on.

    I knwo what you meen Bruce BUT, all you get is a pop up that says thank you for your claim. You dont get anything account specisfic, IE Number, email addrress if you know what I mean

    Even though you may be right in this situation.. pissing off the cs representative and throwing the name Casinomeister in to try and bully them around is not what I'd call the diplomatic approach.

    What am I supposed to do. Just keep fireing off emails to them that just dont get answered.

    I stated a fact, on the casinomeister forum they have received bad coverage of their customer services. If the truth hurts, sort it out

    And another thing, why does a live chat with these take upto 25 minutes to complete. I had one this morning with trident lounge and the all thing took less than 5 mins

    My advice: never piss off the casino rep.

    They are normal people, in addition to being a casino representative, and might well decide that rude people get nothing.

    I wouldn't blame them.

    Why would he want to give you out free money when you are rude to him? Doesn't take much to lose the record of you claiming the promotion.

    If you read the live chat again he said there was no claim made before I said anything about the cs standards.

    Why was I rude, I only stated facts. The CS has got alot of bad comments on here

    Yes I have particpated and received their bonus with out a problem in the past. However it is often credited a few days later. Most of the bonuses require you to go to a website and confirm the bonus.

    I honestly think that you need to chill out a bit. I suggest that you find a casino that gives the bonuses out at that time of deposit.

    If you have read on this forum and other forums that people have problems why would you desire to test the waters?

    Although it was not for this exact promotion, I also wanted to give belle rock a public thanks for helping me with an issue on a River Belle promotion. They responded quickly to my pm and got everything straightened out for me. Beyond this one issue, I've been happy with my Riverbelle experience and who knows maybe one of these days playing there, I'll get a really big slots win that I can post in the winner screenshot thread. :D

    This was open to existing account holders that I have been for over a year. This bonus was to be credited after 1 week, not a few days.

    I never read anywhere that people had problems until AFTER I had participated in the promotions.

    I honestley think you should read the posts properley before replying :rolleyes:
