Has anyone participated in this and received their bonus.
I have emailed 3 times (No reply) I have phoned and been told it will be escalated to the promotions department and I will have it in 24 hours (That was Monday). Now they say I have not even registered for it WHICH I KNOW FOR A FACT I HAD.
