I thought I would share this. I saw this email and was like wooo hooo!!! Then I chatted with Lance and was BOO Whoo.
 
Lance, Lesley and Andrew are all amazing when it comes to customer service. Sucks this happens but people make mistakes. Riverbelle is top notch.
