Reading thru my emails tonight I spot the subject title " xxxx, a bonus is waiting"

Clicking on the email there is no bonus, just another poor tasted marketing ploy to get me to deposit. River Belle here's a heads up just for your casino.

The reason I don't deposit anymore is becuase of this BS. It's also becuase I'm sick of the left hand not talking to the right hand and visa versa. No point sending this to support as it (like everything else) gets lost in the void and I only get more frustrated as a result.

Edit - I'm sure eCogra states in words to this affect, that all sealed casinos should deliver responsible, truthful marketing.

Got the same crappy bonus email and thought there were free credits in my account. After reading it, I pressed the delete button.

Many of us have received this mail today (may 26th). The games , they are talking about, are avalon, twister and so on.
Its not the new ones !!!

I did not get this, but I DID get a "fantastic package" in the post with a book of "bonus coupons" for my enjoyment.

What CRAP it was. All that was in the book was information about the 4 casinos and the fact that they had new player bonuses on offer, fine, but why send this to an existing player. I was not eligible for a single one of the offers and in the bin it went.
Riverbelle is low on my reinstallation priority list, especially as each casino can take 3 to 4 hours to fully install.

The promotions tend to be crappy lucky draws for $50/50, with often only 20 or so winners!

Add to this their pathetic email repsonse times (3 days if your lucky) not to mention CSR's with bad attitude problems and is it any wonder I drop my dosh elsewhere.

As much as I hold all confidence in BelleRock (their Casino Support guy here), he's only one person out of about 500 in that group. A bit hard for one person to bail a boat with 499 people filling it with water :eek2:

I think there are many over-reacting posts here.
Ok, the title may mislead you somehow about the bonus but still its not a lie. And when u read the email its all clear.

Still I consider this lucky and will play all credits again ;)

I am not enthousiastic just because I won in that contest:
I understand their support maybe slow (probably because of the size of the business) as my first experience in the past was negative.
(Their rep here cleared the situation just fine :thumbsup: )

But overall I believe its a reliable and secure place to play and that's most important.

P.S. At least today they have the new games of mundial etc. This is also not an important comment, new games will arrive anyway.
