I also received the email below. Only thing is my withdrawal is no longer pending, I received a check last week and deposited it on Friday after talking with support to get confirmation that the check would in fact be honored by their processor/bank. I received two additional checks the same day as bellerocks. one from JP factory and one from Big Dollar. The 1250 and 800 checks have been moved from pending transactions to posted transactions by my bank and the amount added to my spendable bank balance. However, I doubt that means they have actually SETTLED. They put a hold on my 5000.00 until 4/9 it is has moved to POSTED transactions but the amount is has not been added as yet to my spendable balance(should do that on the 9th unless the checks are no good.
At this point, I can only hope that the checks will be settled by their processor/bank that they were drawn on.
I phoned support after receiving the email and was told that "this was a blanket email and sent to everyone that had pending transactions". Since I said mine was no pending as I was already paid, she checked with someone and told me to ignore the email and my check should be fine.
who knows what will happen? I give up? No one knows what the hell is going on with these transactions.
