i post here because it just isn't one casino or poker room its alot of them that are having hard time with the new law i think they will get it fixed just take some time i have been waiting since jan though so i'm keeping fingers crossed seems like each day i hear of people starting to get there money just waiting my turn!!!!!!!!!
 
Another turn for the worst

As much as I hate to say this I am starting to think JV is correct and we will never see our money. I was told many times over the past four days that my withdrawals were in last weeks batch and that they would be hitting in three seperate deposits by Wednesday. My bank shows me pending transactions and there are none for tomorrow. Just received a cryptic email from Bellerock saying there was another problem and that they are in an emergency meeting and more information will follow. This means the emails of last week were again false information and we are no where closer to getting our money. I am surprised there are only 8 or 9 members of this forum that have not been paid by RB or Bellerock. Has anyone actually had there bank reverse deposits up to the amount your are owed. I really hate to get my bank involved but the clock is ticking and soon there will be noway to get our money.:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
Its really ashame too because they went from being top notch in customer service, to being the worst in the industry with all the false info and lies in their emails etc. If anyone out there is still depositing with riverbelle and is a USA resident, then u just have a gambling problem. Find another casino that will pay, i know grand bay is excellent and reputable, and i never played on bodog, but i hear its top notch as well. Im surprised how many people are still hoping they get their money. Not a knock on casinomeister, but i dont see how he has any more pull in getting peoples money than the average ordinary joe.

I just got the final word. I spoke with the president of riverbelle (Maybe i should be the casinomeister since i got to the bottom of it ! ) and everyone will have their funds reversed back into their accounts within the next 12 hours and can be withdrawn via ecocard. You are all welcome. Good luck.

JV is correct. Thanks for your post. I was just told the same thing via CS on the phone. Funds would be reversed by tomorrow. Emails will be sent out to all involved explaining. And Ecocard IS suggested.

I am set up with click2pay but i dont trust them, they have no withdraw button anymore and i was told they only do withdraws of $1500 and up, and u have to send em an email with your bank details, etc. I want to try ecocard but the signup is kind of confusing

At least the funds will soon be where you can see them. The question is Click2Pay Vs Ecocard. I have some experience with Click2Pay, and I would not trust them either. Ecocard may be worth a try, but perhaps tried with a specimen amount before being used to transfer these large thousand dollar sums lest you end up with money stuck with yet another processing service.
There is the question of whether Ecocard will allow new US customers to open accounts, and whether they have a non-gambling use (this would make it far harder for the DoJ to put blanket anti-Ecocard regulations in place, as well as provide for an emergency outlet if funds did get stuck).

BelleRock and the Factory should do the right thing and mount an orderly withdrawal from the US market, as they cannot guarantee to be able to pay from one day to the next, as per BelleRock's emergency meeting today that has come despite them having finalised deals with two processors in the last month, and made numerous promises to players that were then broken within days.
Casinos that withdraw in an orderly manner, and pay all outstanding sums owed, should then concentrate on the European market by changing all their promotions into being "Europe Friendly", such as alligning times to Central European time, rather than EST, so that we over here do not have to stay up till 5am or 6am to compete in tournaments, or face promotions where late E-mails mean they have ended by the time we read them because they are only valid for "the evening", which is overnight for us.

Well it appears River Belle has been smoke screening us for quite a while! We were definitively told all was well on 03/07/07 publically and personally via thousands of emails and calls. The question is will they withdraw and will it be in an orderly manner while paying ALL outstanding sums owned? I think its about time we hear from River Belle! River Belle it is long overdue but now is certainly the time to make a public post!

I also received the email below. Only thing is my withdrawal is no longer pending, I received a check last week and deposited it on Friday after talking with support to get confirmation that the check would in fact be honored by their processor/bank. I received two additional checks the same day as bellerocks. one from JP factory and one from Big Dollar. The 1250 and 800 checks have been moved from pending transactions to posted transactions by my bank and the amount added to my spendable bank balance. However, I doubt that means they have actually SETTLED. They put a hold on my 5000.00 until 4/9 it is has moved to POSTED transactions but the amount is has not been added as yet to my spendable balance(should do that on the 9th unless the checks are no good.

At this point, I can only hope that the checks will be settled by their processor/bank that they were drawn on.

I phoned support after receiving the email and was told that "this was a blanket email and sent to everyone that had pending transactions". Since I said mine was no pending as I was already paid, she checked with someone and told me to ignore the email and my check should be fine.

who knows what will happen? I give up? No one knows what the hell is going on with these transactions.

"OK" did you also receive a check from them last week?I have been telling them since the day I received the check that I have been paid. But their emails seem to indicate that they do not know I was paid.

Be pretty funny if 5000.00 shows up in my casino account AND the check clears.

I got nothing but vague emails containing lies and more lies. At this point if you get paid twice they deserve the loss. What a joke that they could smoke screen us like this. Where are the regulatory agents?

I dont bother emailing, i get right to the point via the phone, why dont u just call them? and as for your money, im sure it will be refunded in next 8 hours for u to withdraw it, just dont be stupid and blow it.:thumbsup:

Tex (eCOGRA) emailed me this AM and said she would follow up. PS - I left you ECO card instructions on your thread. I don't plan on blowing $18K.
 
I've had no problem with Click2Pay

Although it does have to be over $1500, Click2Pay will wire the funds to the bank. You request by email and it takes about 4 - 5 business days from when they process your request (usually in 1-2 days). You have to send your account info and the bank routing and account number.

I signed up for ecocard but have not used it - what are peoples' experiences with them?
