This issue boiled over yet again because BelleRock screwed up on the important matter of keeping the player both informed and confident of the process.
Now, the player suddenly sees "CONFISCATED" against the withdrawal in cashcheck, but worse, NOONE is able to explain this, or why promised return calls did not happen. Holiday is not an excuse, as the person making the promises knows full well they are going to be away, and should contact the player beforehand to give an update of the issue, and who to contact in the mean time.
By saying not to worry about what Cashcheck says, support have indicated that players should not have confidence in the accuracy of this tool, and perhaps Playcheck is equally prone to error (not correctly recording wagers etc.)
There is already a huge bug in EZBonus, and I have not noticed any enthusiasm from the casino to fix this either.
With one withdrawal now finally paid, let's hope the other follows soon so that this particular saga can come to an end.
If BelleRock cannot pay US players without these "games", they should stop accepting deposits from them.
