Thank You! It took 59 days! Still waiting for a check but I think Stacey is by far the most competent person at River Belle.

This issue boiled over yet again because BelleRock screwed up on the important matter of keeping the player both informed and confident of the process.

Now, the player suddenly sees "CONFISCATED" against the withdrawal in cashcheck, but worse, NOONE is able to explain this, or why promised return calls did not happen. Holiday is not an excuse, as the person making the promises knows full well they are going to be away, and should contact the player beforehand to give an update of the issue, and who to contact in the mean time.
By saying not to worry about what Cashcheck says, support have indicated that players should not have confidence in the accuracy of this tool, and perhaps Playcheck is equally prone to error (not correctly recording wagers etc.)
There is already a huge bug in EZBonus, and I have not noticed any enthusiasm from the casino to fix this either.

With one withdrawal now finally paid, let's hope the other follows soon so that this particular saga can come to an end.
If BelleRock cannot pay US players without these "games", they should stop accepting deposits from them.

Again you make points that one being inside the box (waiting on monies) has yet to validate. Your points as usual are well made and certainly well taken. I can't knock Stacey because she by far IS the most competent person I have been able to get assistance from. I do think Stacey has truly tried to help the situation and has yet to break any promises she personally made. However, it is a shame that a "team leader" Elcarto continues to follow in the footsteps of River Belles broken promises. I guess that is indicative of the River Belle infrastructure! However, you have made a rather important point! If we are told not to worry about the "wording" then that leaves the players to question the integrity of the systems in play. Those systems may not be isolated to just CashCheck but also Playcheck. Knowing the trust that has been broken and the amount of time it has taken by default to make River Belle come "clean" all entities involved should certainly choose words more carefully! I only have Staceys assurance as you read as to not to worry about the word "CONFISCATION" at it applies to a $10K cashout but I can tell you that if that WORD was applied to my house, my car etc. I would be quite concerned that something was really wrong. For now I continue to be at River Belle mercy until all monies are paid. However, with educated people such as yourself in this forum it has made life bearable in the last 60 days!!!

LMAO - We certainly could use some humor in here! itoldyouso..why did you not tell us? The smart thing would have been to use that frozen sperm from the old fart with liver spots so by default the baby got the complete inhertitance and got everything out of probate. However money can't buy happiness among other things and would have certainly complicated the custody arrangements. What a shame Anna Nicole can't be here. I think she died the day her son died. There is not greater loss than that of ones child. May she rest in peace and good luck to that beautiful little baby girl.

I hope this post concludes the River Belle thread. As I said in the beginning I started this thread and I hopefully will finish it. I did get my 1st withdrawal $8K reversed back to my River Belle account. In addition, today I received checks via US mail totaling my second withdrawal. If these checks are good and cleared by my bank than River Belle has finally come through and paid all outstanding amounts owed to me. I want to thank everybody for their help and thank the casinomeister for having this forum which has educated me via its wonderful and highly intelligent members and at the same time allowing me a venting mechanism to get thru the last 60 days. I will be a regular on this forum but not a regular for online gaming anymore. Thank you to everybody and hopefully if my checks clear you won't hear me whinning anymore!!!

Hey OK2, glad to see things coming around. I too recieved a check from riverbelle and will deposit it today. Although no one would cash it, I'm hoping the funds are there and it will fly under the radar at my bank. It shouldn't be a problem, after all, my bank still lets me deposit into the casinos.......
Still seems to me Riverbelle could have done better by us. I can't say that I'll ever play there again after 30+ emails of out right Lies and stall tactics and nearly 3 months of waiting to get paid. It was ridiculous to say the least. I will give credit to Stacey and a couple others there at Riverbelle, because through it all they seemed to do all they could to be curtious, and sympathetic to our cause.

I thought I'd let U.S. players know...Just got paid from a Riverbelle cashout. Took 21 business days as they said it would. I was expecting ACH but got a check in the mail drawn on a Nevada bank...hope it clears.

Isn't it amazing how our attitude toward cashouts have changed? Once I wouldn't play at MG casinos that didn't payout to NETeller in at least 48 hours. Now here's poor Silky talking 2 weeks and counting ..... and still trying not to stress about it. Strangely enough, before the USA DoJ stepped in to see that I didn't get scammed by 'illegal' gambling, I (as did the majority of USA players who did their research) always got my damned money and got it promptly!

I am not playing this group until they get their problems resolved. They are using the same processor as many other casino groups who are paying via check with no hitches.

So I believe they are the problem not the processor.

I was not getting my usual VIP treatment and their loyalty points program is one of the worse right now.

Until it improves I will play elsewhere.

I talked to live chat last night and was told ACH payments take 22 working days and that I should recieve it by June 1 . Yikes . Better than nothing though .
