River Belle ......HERE WE GO AGAIN????

Hey all - long time no see.....


I'mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm back ....... and yep its over River Belle AGAIN! Can't pitch a bitch this time. Guess I am a glutton for punishment. Cashed out 10/21/07 over $16K. Got an email stating funds should be received 7-10 days but live support stated possibly by 10/26/07. Well 18 days (13 business days) later I am still here waiting. Live support can't get an answer from the processor........Scary reminder of the Feb 07 incidents where they processor went south and took over 80 days to get paid. I certainly hope this is NOT the case. But as a warning be careful out there I am not getting money into my QT account in the 24-72 hrs time period either. Is there any casino that meets its payments terms as stated?????

I like playing at River Belle....hits have always been good. But....getting paid is harder than the other casinos. John the Bellerock rep here is great! He should be running the VIP services. John is the only one that seems to communicate not only timely but with conviction to find out what is really going on! I only wish VIP services would communicate the real information versus letting support send form emails that set payment reflect dates that are never met! We are US citizens and we certainly know the problems but quit sending emails and setting the expectation as to when monies should be received and of course never are. It would be better to just send "Congrats.....we sent your payment to the processor and don't know when you will receive it...maybe in 7 days maybe in 107 days." That would be easier than constantly getting lied to. No expectations.......No losses!!!

Well considering how much I play...only form of relaxation I got! I have to give 3Dice a try! I like good service and fast payouts....besides hits isn't that what its all about!!!

Please note correction.....don't want to make it worse than it was - I got paid in 60 days not 80!!

OK - folks River Belle is NOT a memory of Feb 07. Today I have received all funds due. It did take 20 days (15 business days). In fact River Belle gave me quite a substantial CASH comp. Much better service if you whine hard enough than in the past but they have got to learn to quit letting the customer service reps send out emails that just can't hold to the terms stated. Again if they set the proper expectations on the frontside they won't have to deal with the crap on the backside. I believe this is true for all casinos!!! Why can't they just learn????? Anyway John the Bellerock rep - I thank you for all your help!!
