Rivals Largest Progressive To Date Hit At TIV

So, did the casino agree to a lump-sum payment, or are they following the normal weekly payout limits?

Just wondering what to expect if I ever hit a progressive here.
First let me say John has been very good to me and is personally responsible for retaining me as a customer. In some aspects, it has been more than I ever expected from any online casino or even a BandM for that matter. John does his job well but as most I am also a profitable, loyal customer to his casino.

I have yet to meet a casino host (which is a title I refer to John as, fyi, as a compliment and consider well deservrved) where the casino does not come first in the end. That is too be expected but a patron has the right to certain expectations also and thus hopefully a mutually beneficial relationship for all parties.

With the above said, there are issues (past and present) more specific to Rivals I assume that may be problematic. I continue to work with John when required to resolve all in good faith......Often imo only, it is difficult to get a sense of exactly how much independence each casino has. Rivals will ultimately determine it's own future success (with or without the US) as can be said as a general statement for any business.

Sdaddy, did you ask a simple question??:D Oh, yeah!!

FTR, I was to be paid in weekly installments that may or may not have been patron specific on a case by case basis as I was to be paid in much larger installments than TIV's normal payment disbursements and TandC's. Furthermore, I never found any payment information pursuant to payment on a Rival's progressive jackpot that is won on any of the other Rival's websites I visited but I read most very quickly. I did ask Sloto's C.S. the hypothetical question you mention above for when you do win a progressive. Sorry Sdaddy, no lump sum payment but rather installment payments. The answer was concise and specific. It is possible they may only pay according to their TandC's which if you are a new customer reads $5K/month with any balance remaining in your cash balance casino account until paid in full and it is no secret why that occurs (I will refrain from using the word Wiki implies for this).Perhaps, Sloto would be flexible but they certainly were not with me pursuant to another situation but I just said OK and agreed, imagine that;)

I assume most noticed that I stated above "was to be paid" and did actually receive part of the first installment. As the perfect storm was occuring but not relevant, regardless, to the question (see below) I previously posed to CS and have not received a direct answer to date, so I just composed the following inquiry which I may or may not send to Rivals for a direct answer:

Hello,
I still have yet to receive a direct answer to the direct inquiry that I asked Eric of C.S. approx.10 days ago in regards to progressive jackpots all being paid in installments to the subject winners of such as I have now been told (but I have no way of confirming so it may be hearsay). I understand that the funds are actually collected across the various Rival's casinos and consist of funds contributed almost in full by it's participating patrons of the subject progressive slot.

Thus, my question was and still is what happens to the actual cash funds that Rivals and/or the subject Rival's casino has in hand, in the event, regardless of reason (can be many but not relevant to the question) the subject winners of the progressive jackpots loses some part and/or all of the already funded cash designated for the subject winners back to the subject Rival's casino as non-cash credits (not cash) while Rivals and/or the subject Rival's casino withholds the subject progressive jackpot cash winnings from the subject winners during the reverse period and subsequent varying dependent number of weeks thereafter.

To date, I can only make certain assumptions (with the exception that Eric of Support did email a response stating that the cash is not returned to the Jackpot) so please be specific in your response to my actual inquiry above.
Best Regards,
Garry
