They treat you great offer all kinds of bonuses, until you win something, then everything changes. They wont answer emails, slow pays, rude messages and then they take you off the bonuses. When you ask why the response is always the same, we dont have to tell you its in our policy. plus the restrictions they do put on bonuses makes it almost impossible to win. I like the software, but want to know what is up with the sucky customer service.
