I have a problem with the Rival casino group and need some help. In the past I had depositing accounts at Lions Slots, Pantasia and a few others. I loved the software and played often. I made ONE mistake, which was really by accident, I tried registering an account at a Rival casino where I already had an account. After this all my Rival accounts have been locked, even the ones I had deposited at. I have never purposely tried to cheat:confused: any of these casinos, as I made many deposits and never claimed a withdrawal. I tried talking to chat at some of the casinos and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I also sent a message to "Rob Rival", the Rival casino rep and have not gotten a reply. This was over a week ago. I would like to clear up this mess and have my accounts unlocked. Please help if you can!

Up at the top of this page is a link for I-gaming forum reps. You should look at that list and see if one of the other reps for one of the casino's you've played at is listed and contact them. My apology if you've already looked at the list, but I believe Rob Rival is more for technical aspects, not support.

Rob Rival rarely answers these days. We talked of a lot of bugs in the Rival slots and games and he is the one who should relay these to Rival and have them fixed. He hasnt done a thing.

As for multiple accounts, if you registered the same details as your previous one, then things should be looked at differently regardless of whether you even claimed a SUB twice. No one would be so foolish as to register twice and then have winnings forfeited. If you lose, it stands. So if the mistake is genuine the Rivals should reactivate all accounts.

However, if you had registered different details in separate accounts and tried to claim the SUB twice I would think it amounts to fraud and I side with the Rivals. So maybe you can clarify these points first.

No the T2 lawsuit elaborates on his position and includes message board postings as an Exhibit. He should have fixed and in a situation I was involved in, I can speculate on his ethics, But just about all onlines have terms, disclaimers where the player has no right to be made whole (I may have been) even as they ignored for at least 6 months. I always double down on a pair of Aces.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Don't you?

Fraud is good:thumbsup:
