RIP netent

If you after someone a bit easier on the eye and more intelligent than Goaty, I'm you man :D :p

Spins almost every night in this house, getting PC set up to TV soon, imagine the size of those scatters

*OUCH* Missues looking over my shoulder. sly cow

Them scatters soon shrink my friend, I got a 42inh and a 32inch connect to a PC, Plus I am lucky to see any scatters now days

Nettent

The last casino (energy casino) offering netent games to Canadians is now gone :(

I will never be able to play dead or alive again or secret of the stones.

I feel this is the end of the world

Unless I can move in with one of you from overseas.

You poor thing. Nettent are my favourites. I don't like other games. Why are they not offered in your country? Sorry if I sound unknowingly. I am a newbie on the forum. A noob:)

I was told by Net Ent back when Guts removed their games that Canada was never supposed to be allowed to play Net Entertainment ever. I don't think it has anything to do with Canada being seen as part of the U.S. Swedish people can't be that stupid. It's clear they want to convince U.S. states to allow online gambling first and then maybe talk to the provinces here in Canada. It's all about greed. I see it as a complete pipe dream.

Online gambling is becoming a bigger and bigger joke everyday. They will do everything they can to keep people from winning now. There's only so much you can do until people just tell these companies to fuck it. I might just play table games exclusively in 2017.

Ya it's not good with no netent, Have not had as many withdrawals since they left and nothing really to replace them for chance at a big hit except maybe big time gaming.

if it wasnt for cashback, rake race and freeroll wins I would have deposited quite a few times since netent has been gone.

Getting scared here. Might be forced to call it quits cause not a chance im feeding all this other rigged providers all my cash. aka yggdrasil

Well good news! They just entered a new market, You only have to move to Mexico.

I asked why they hate Canadians just now? Eagerly awaiting no answer most likely. :p

Do they even know why they banned Canada? Or do they just want to be weird for no reason and think its cool?

I thought I read somewhere it was a commercial decision based around the intention of netent to go exclusive with a partner so effectively locking the rest out. Not sure who that partner is though...Must be something/someone big.

I actually came looking for this thread after considering something about netent which is whether or not I still enjoy gambling on their slots? The games themselves are mostly very high grade and historically I would say they were easily the best provider out there. But I've just come off the back of a winning session where I only played a single netent game briefly (Gonzos) and honestly it feels like the love has gone. Part of the problem I have is that I have a defeatist attitude when playing their games which can only come from experience. But really...I play a netent these days and rarely do I have an inkling that I'm going to hit anything above 100 x and if I do then it's an absolute rarity. Part of the problem might also be my gambling style vs their game designs. I like fast play with a relatively small number of spins per game where as I think their games and win distributions are based on people grinding 1000s of spins.

I have to say that with WMS and also new kid on the block red Tiger gaming (for me at least) I still have that anticipation that a big win could come at any minute. These two also seem less sensitive to raising the stakes which I've always believed was suspect on netent games.

I'm not really sure if this post really has a point but if it does it's probably just a tldr - not going to bothering with netent for the considerable future as don't feel like I can win big.

One final point. I did actually lose £125 on that new warlord game just testing it out at 75p a spin. It's truely the master of the "winner losing spin" and it seems like a game that's trying to be both LV and HV at the same time. Endless spins where you win but get less than your stake back (with lots of flashing and animation) but scatters almost unhitable. I got two scatters once which gave 3 x. I see how the red scatters have the potential but what are the odds of hitting...1 in 1000 perhaps? If I was guaranteed a minimum of 100 x with lots of potential upside I might be tempted to chase it but when you can and most likely will get 50 x it seems like a bad deal.

I know this thread is Canada but I think now when Trump arss gets in ofice he may lift the ban on gambling, Just imagine how much revenue it wil bring :)

Not just lift the ban, but build that wall.

That'll teach Mexico for stealing Canada's business!

Donald Trump will be a great President. He will turn our pretty boy Canadian Prime Minister into putty. I would appreciate it if he would broker a deal to bring WMS and Novomatic to everybody.

Pretty much this as they responded to me, They told me you have to ask the casino with questions on this issue, lol.

The truth (if you want to believe it) from Net Entertainment is that they never had any contract with anybody to allow Canadians to play their slots EVER. Same deal that Novomatic has and, to a lesser extent, WMS. Obviously, they want to be paid or something before allowing us to play their slots again.

Again, absolute garbage that some "grey market" countries get treated better than others.

Anyway, Net Ent has raped their classics, released mostly garbage in 2016 and seemingly have become just like everybody else. No big loss now.
