Resolved RichCasino login issue resolved, waiting for delayed withdrawal

    Hi,

    I played at RichCasino and won a decent amount. I got my first cashout in good order... My second cashout was pending for 1-2 months and I talked to live chat several times and they didn't really know why it was delayed.. I then sent an email on the 22th of april to the finance department and got a nice reply saying that the withdrawal will be sent soon.

    I then waited another month, I also sent a pm to the topgame rep. here at casinomeister without getting a reply...

    When I tried to login in last week I got a "login failed" message.. I then tried to reset my password using the "forgot your password"-feature and now it seems that there is no account in the system with my nickname and email-adress :what:

    Have Rich Casino actually deleted my account along with the several thousand of dollars that was in it???

    I have sent another email asking if they have deleted my account but got no answer..

    I don't think it is acceptable to have to wait so long time and know with this last turn I'm really worried that Rich Casino might be a real Rouge!

    What is going on here? Can anyone help me or say what I should do as a next step?

    Hi I made contact with the topgame rep now and the issue might be solved. The login failed was actually just because of wrong username.. Sorry for that! But the waiting is still not ok

    Well, I'm glad things are partway sorted at least, but if the casino had responded to player's emails, I guess we wouldn't have this thread.

    Now lets see if they can sort his long delayed cashout in a prompt manner.

    I have still got no reply regarding my pending withdrawal request from the 29th of march. I have regularly sent emails to the finance department but they are unresponsive. Live chat is answering but they say that they can´t help me. The regular email support has replied to a few emails stating that I should send an email to finance department. They ignored my email when I told them that finance department is unresponsive and asked if they could help me. I don´t know what to do now?
