It's the default time your withdrawal remains 'pending' i.e. reversible after you action it. The times may be stated in the terms or advised to CM by the casino or rep.
It may or may not include weekends so could refer like 32red and other MG downloads to working days only. Some say 24 but process webwallet payments 24/7 so you get it in minutes or even instantly. It is supposed to be a MAXIMUM time.
