    Hi,

    I have a question about Kindred affiliates.
    I tried to contact Kindred but I didn't receive an answer.

    When I look on the page 'Customer Source Breakdown' I can see that my users on Unibet generated an X amount of Net Revenue and Deposits.
    But when I look on the page 'General Reports' I see that I generated exactly half of the Net Revenue and Deposits which are displayed on the 'Customer Source Breakdown' page.
    How is this possible? Which one is right?

    This issue first appeared on programs using the crap "Netrefer" reporting system a few months back.
    I thought they would have sorted this out by now - but it appears not... :(

    Anyone having issues logging into Kindred as well?
    Cant login for over a week now and keeps giving me a server error 'Runtime error'....

    Just logged in OK first time, no problems.
    Try using a different browser - or clear your cache (no idea what that does, but that's what the casinos always say! :p)

    Thanks for your post but it didn't help unfortunately...
    Already tried a different browser and computer, cleared cache and changed password but nothing helps.
    Website works OK, but when I login the error shows up.
    Looks like the error only occurs with my account and Kindred doesn't reply to any mails... :what:
    I'm a member for many years and suddenly my account fails after my post in this thread, I hope it doesn't has to do anything with that because that would be cruel and I have plans with Kindred in the future...
