What I post got nothing to do with some of your post here. I have seen plenty of bitch and moan somewhere about 32Red. Its not about you people in this current discussion. It just a pity some people do not have patience to wait. Just remember, sometimes, you might be getting bad luck to wait longer than anyone else. I have wait longer before from any casino for payment and this was just my bad luck. I wait and being very patience then it eventually paid within a week later. It may not be casino fault. It maybe the bank or so are holding these up. Can't do much about. Once 32Red processed it. Then its bank problem to process. 32Red usually take two days to process (one day for non flush withdrawal then 1 more day for it to process except the weekend. Then say another 3 days approx for bank to process except weekend or so depends if its locally or internationally.

However, i grew so tired of the constant disconnections happening with the browser based casinos that the MG client just kept creeping back into my mind. Mark read my post that i actually missed playing with them and was so kind to invite me back which you would expect from any good casino employee and considering my yearly deposit level.

If he is ready to forgive my heated disputes with them, then logically i am just as much prepared to forgive. Normal in life. If you never learn to forgive you'll end up a very bitter person. After a few PM's back and forth he re-opened then my account. Surely i am not the first and not the last to have this happen.

One thing is for sure though, he didn't buy me back. I found that statement more offensive to him than to me. 32RED was, is and will be successful with or without me. Only after re-opening the account he dropped a nice welcome back bonus into my account, which i never expected or asked of him, was a complete surprise. That just shows how thoughtful he is and let's be honest, they will earn those few chips back in less than a few days/weeks.

Reason i opened a thread is that i wanted to be open about it. I just don't like hiding things only for somebody to find out later by some coincidence. Then i would be indeed a "bad" person, letting everybody think that i kept my account closed and yet doing it behind the back. Not my style.

The winning screenshots were just a cheeky answer to his post where he said "lets hope we see some nice screenies, but not too many".

I agree with all you say, the disconnection and lag issues are a plague of 32red, I bitch and whine about it myself, my way of getting my own back is rarely playing there(unless 100% bonus).

Most of my post especially part about casino love-in was not directed at you, I find it utterly disturbing and bizarre how some people are cheerleaders for casinos.

All the accredited casinos are the same bar some pay faster.

Good morning my fellow CM'ers.

Just wanted to let you know that as of today I have returned to the 32RED community.

You all certainly remember my grumbles in the past but also that they were always my absolute favorite MG download casino.

In fact, in the past months i have uninstalled all MG casinos since I started out with the likes of VS, BA or Rizk. However, the recent experience with them has not been up to par as I expressed in a few threads (aka my bazooka banner) and i began thinking to start playing again on the MG download platform as that was always my preferred choice.

And that could be only with 32RED for obvious reasons. As mentioned in my last post in the "Yorkstar" thread i did miss playing with them and after a nice PM exchange with Mark I decided to return and re-open my account.

Thanks have to go to him for setting it up and welcoming me back, given that we had some "heated" debates in the past.

Just thought I am upfront about it and let you know.

I cant even use the viper download client. It kills my computer, seems to constantly be downloading.

I have re-installed it but got to the point where I couldn't open it anymore, tried to open it and play a tournament yesterday? Each spin took 4minutes to spin, land and ready for the next spin, The tournament ran out of time before I had used the credits.

I set my deposit limit to £5 and the minumun deposit is £10 so in effect I have ceased to play there. Not Interested in the online site I always played 32red (for several years) because of the Viper download.

Don't know if I will be adjusting that limit anytime soon, loke yesterday I check in every now and then to see if the performance has gotten any better, but to my dismay it seems to get worse

I totally agree with the download client, I have mentioned it a number of times, Its constantly updating, Taking every last bit of memory, errors, Hense why I rarely played, I have since had a few deposits sines the new online site, I prefer instant play, I realy think the download clients are a thing of the past, It came in when the dinosaurs went out,

The 32RED download client is running absolutely fine at my end. Much, much better than the flash based casinos.

All my sessions since Wednesday have been absolutely lag and error free, slots running at a nice 750-820 spins/hour. Touch wood it stays like that.

So the opposite of what you guys have. For me playing at the likes of VS, BA, Ri, CL is a constant battle with disconnections and game errors, whereas for you guys those are running much better at your end.

Go figure that one.

Really strange, you would think one country to have the same issues. I bet not even the top software geeks at MG/Netent or the casinos can really figure it out.

Another thing, You would think 10% is a joke but not really when at 32, reson being its 30x wager, So depo 100 for 10 bonus wager is only 300, Now you have 110 to start with, So in reality its not a bad deal as its like abit of extra funds,

I would. If I started with 100 and had a 200 win after a few spins, I would withdraw 200 and continue playing with the remaining 100 knowing I was in profit for the day.

I've been back playing at 32red....off and on these last few weeks...

just wanted to say that I had a withdrawal at 32red that I couldn't transfer to a bank and I had never used my ecopayz at 32red...needless to say I was worried that my withdrawal would go to Monday given all the roadblocks...but nope...the money landed in my ecopayz account this afternoon...

I also wanna say that their customer service is probably one of the best I've encountered. Emails were responded within minutes if not seconds....and chat service...was amazing...unlike the usual ones we've all come across...they were on the ball....


All in all a very good experience.
