Hi all! Thx for letting me be part of this community.
I do have serious problems when it comes to gambling. This is why I requested a permanent self exclusion from Wunderino in January 2019 and I received an email from Wunderino where they confirmed that they closed my account without any chance to reactivate it.
Now I had a relapse yesterday and logged in to Wunderino and lost 4.000 Euro - so my account was not blocked as requested and confirmed via email by Wunderino. Isn’t this a violation of the responsible gaming regulations that Wunderino commited? I tried to reach out to them but the chat tells me they are not responsible and the relevant department (risk and responsible gaming) does not answer.
So what do uou guys think?
