Responsible gaming misconduct - court action against online casinos

Has anyone ever successfully taken an online casino to court for responsibile gaming misconduct to recover their funds? If so how would one go about starting such a court action?
The casino in question to my personal situation is a cauraco licenced casino under curaçao antillephone.

In the UK - The UKGC usually fines operators for this type of misconduct.

In Curacao... Well... Its anyone's guess. Which casino or casino group are you referring to? The Admin here may have contacts to try and resolve it.

That's the risk you take when you're Australian and gamble online at a largely unregulated casino.
