Just thought I would share this as I found it a bit... off. Not a complaint or anything just my experience.

I had a win at an accredited online casino, had to send documents before I got the money.

Got the money, lost it back there and more. Happens sometimes. No big deal it wasn’t massive.

Then after I lost it back - not before - received an email from them noting I am unemployed from my docs and they are concerned and I may want to set some limits etc.

Why wait until after the losses to send me that email.

Because ur from UK I guess, and it is MUCH MORE better to send you such email, than pay then hundreds of thousands in fines...

Is there any logic? Well, you deposited some (I believe not big amount) and won. Sounds OK in terms of RG. But then you just lost it there and even a little bit more.

Tbh, hat off for this casino, it is really GOOD responsible gaming work which believe me require A LOT of man power to do (or pretty much outstanding software which flag such customer).

A nice way to look at it I guess! I just thought if they are so concerned why not ask me to set limits when I won and they spent days reviewing my docs rather than after I spend it back ;)
