Christmas round concluded some good comps but also some high losses for 2015

- only disappointment is Thrills, actually PM'ed Erik as well but no answer, has not even read my PM
- the list is from highest to lowest "total deposits in AUD", some values are converted from EUR/$ to AUD
- RedBet, Royal Vegas and Next were the luckiest in 2015
- 32RED, Slotty and Thrills the unluckiest ones, room for improvement

Interesting figures. It's indeed a bit disappointing to see Betit (Thrills/Superlenny) not comping you despite being quite substantially down this year. Some rather decent comps you received though

Me for my part:
Not asked for anything, but received

- A bottle of rum (Ron Centenario 25 gran reserva) from Videoslots
- A box of quality-wine (6 bottles) from VPL (Maple)
- €50 comp from 32red

All casinos I'm down between ~3-10k€ this year. Although I don't think this has been the main reason for the comps.

As I did not expect anybody to give me anything I'm really happy and probably rather drunk during the holidays

I always send an e-mail in these cases.
At many casinos CS is not empowered to deal with comp requests and they have to escalate to management.
If you contact them trough live chat there's no room for this, and you're at the mercy of whatever power the CS rep may or may not have.
I know they could still escalate, but I fear they will say no most times.

Usually the reply is we don't have any ongoing promos right now, but keep checking our website.

I've not contacted any casino over comps this year.

I had one nice Cristmas chip from Inetbet, nothing from my usual places.
For those of you that have been around, you probably know about the rep making his rounds on Christmas.
Nothing this year though, so that's a 9+ year tradition broken.
I must add though, while I've made many deposits it was not spaced evenly around, so I can't been seen to be very loyal anymore.

Many casinos have been focusing their budgets on their Christmas calendars and probaby left nothing for Christmas Day

This might be down to so many players asking for freebies that they don't actually review accounts, but send off a canned "no" response to everyone.

Especially at Christmas time. Practically everyone I know has all ready spent all their money and some of them start to hit other up people up for "loans."
I don't doubt it happens LOTS at casinos as well.

Haven't received any Christmas bonus from anywhere this year (not that I expected one) nor have I ever received a comp, bar the odd loyalty points topup.

I used to ask now and again but have always received the same reply so I never bother asking anymore.
