[RESOLVED] Virgin Casino - Poor treatment of High Rollers.

I didn't connect it with the upgrade at first, but my last few tries at playing at Virgin it has been very slow.

I didn't get hit with the bonus ban even though I also play only with bonuses, and as been said before it's hard to play without one since they have so many of them! And I've turned a neat profit as well. I do play some without a bonus and on disallowed games like BJ, though.

Well, although this is in the past, it raises the question "Why not?" Your admitted play clearly indicates "promotion abuse" in the eyes of the casino, yet other players hit by the ban seemed to have far less abusive patterns of play.
Thankfully, Virgin are addressing this by redesigning the promotions rather than banning players from playing them.

I wonder if this would have been the case had the topic not been vigourously discussed here at Casinomeister.

The slow software should be addressed by a further upgrade by Wagerworks. When this has been done, I might try Wagerworks software on my gambling PC to see how it performs.

I hadn't properly read your post & the poster you replied to until now - I think it's absolutely 100% indisputable now - whatever way Virgin decided to go about banning players - it hit the high rollers & missed the low-rollers.
