[RESOLVED] Vegas Slot Casino Withdrawal Problem

AFAIK she's working on it. She's asked that people with issues contact her directly. If you haven't done so already, do it!

Max - I believe you were in the loop concerning my correspondence with Natalie about 10 days ago. I have done everything suggested to me since first posting. I emailed Eprocessing, sent PM's to the rep on this forum, emailed Tex Rees at eCogra and refrained from bumping my original post because MiniGroup is accredited here. I've gotten apologies from all but NO MONEY. All this over a $600 withdrawal made 11/16/07. What's with the pointed message above? Last week you said they were headed for the pit!

Actually what I said was if they didn't do something to resolve the issue(s) they'd end up in the pit.

AFAIK Natalie is genuinely attempting to get these things worked out. That deserves our support, not our condemnation.

If this doesn't pan out then we'll see what needs to be done, maybe take things to the next level, but certainly not before.

PS. While we're at it, why haven't you done a PAB on this? That's probably the most direct route to get your issue in front of them and dealt with.

Max I just read your PS above. Why now??

Because I'm seeing PABs get dealt with while thread issues hand around for weeks. It's also easier for me to deal with a PAB because it's a clear, on-the-page kind of issue involving one person and one problem. Threads wander all over the place involving many people and are much harder to nail down.
