[Resolved] Stargames - Account blocked / Amount around 500 €

Hello together,

at first sorry for my bad english, my native language is german.

I am registered on stargames since 12/2014, before i get problems i instandly send them my personal documents (passport, mobile bill) to verfify my identity. They accepted it and all was fine.

I did about 2,5 k € Deposit in the whole time with PayPal and PSC.

I played Live-Casino games, cause i trust them more like a virtual system behind.

Payouts i did:
1. 250 €
2. 300 €
3. 859 €
4. 750 €

My actually amount on stargames is ~500 €

Since 01.March.2015 my account is blocked i get a message like this when i try to login.

I called the support from stargames on this sunday, they couldnt tell me the reason cause it is an autoban from system but i should wait 1-2 days then i will get a response.

Nothing happend, i called them again and wrote an e-mail cause i want to have my account back and i want to know the reason why they blocked my account.

I got a standard mail back with the content:

Thank you for your call, we cant tell you an exactly period for the check.

We will contact you as soon as possible if the announced check is done.

Thank you for your understanding.

The support told me i should wait about 2-4 days again then the check will be done.

At 09.March. i wrote again a mail to them.

I got a response back with the content like this:
Thank you for your mail.

Your account has been blocked during security reasons. The check could be go a longer time, we need to bet you about a bit more patience.

If you have further questions, contact us again.

Best regards
Support-Team

Now it is day 13 and i got no reason why the account is still blocked.

I really hope casinomeister can help me, if you need more informations just tell me and i will post it.

would really like that someone can help me what i can do ?

I am mad about this, cause 500 € is a lot of money for me, i lost much money there but i love the live casino on stargames.

I really dont know why they fuck me up like this, i think with such a no reason block they lose customers, next step i think will be the malta licensor to clear the problem.

so u saying u deposited 2500 was it one single deposit

then you withdraw like 2100 and now u have 500 back

so u didnt win much then why did u deposit that much and withdraw it in pieces

i dont know its the same what u did or u made several deposits and withdraws

did u always cashed out the same way you deposited else wont blame the casino for checking out

He did tell that he had made several deposits and several cashouts from this place. That was just information.
He was also verified.

When they closed his account he still had money in the account. Around $500.
He don't know why he cant access his account and that is the whole problem, if I understood it correct :)

i opened a PAB last week, can you tell me how long the casinomeister will need before he contact me ?

Atm i think there was a mistake and it is not send cause i do not have a confirmation or anything else about my PAB.

Good luck unlocking your account.
I do think this will get resolved. If I am right Stargames has a good reputation but are also known because of their slow withdraws and slow customer support.

Send a pm to Max and ask if he recieved it. He's the guy who handle the complaints.
I do know that he have a lot to do right now so be patient is my advice :)

Hi, yes your PAB has been received and is in the queue to be processed.

Regarding response times -- and other PAB related questions -- please do read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ as many such things are documented there. Your specific questions are answered in section 4.

FTR, the FAQ is required reading for all PABers.
 
I would recommend people to stay away from this place.
There are lot's of other places these days where you can play Novomatic games.
I have had nothing but trouble with them and their CS is atrocious,rude and slow as a retired snail.
The fact they have a nearly non existing customer service is not good,and the staff they do have for that job are rude,utterly rude.

Withdrawals always received but most of the time it took very long to receive them,even on any e-wallet.

Anyway good luck with your PAB.

Just look at how unprofessional, poorly worded and abrupt their responses are to your e-mails. I'd steer clear, since they cannot even master the basics of decent customer service etiquette.

yeah i fully agree but my goal is not to start a shitstorm, i hope the problem can be solved with casinomeister's help, cause of this i will wait till max start processing my PAB.

But you are definitly true, there support is not the best, maybe they hope i will forget it. But not with this money on it, not with me.

I still dont understand, they just waste time, they have my documents and my passport in copy, so from my side everything i can do for them, i already did with my registration.

Just to hold the thread up to date.

Till now i didnt got a response on my PAB, i got a mail that maxd send it to the casino, and i think casino didnt responsed on it.

Rodeoric, refrain from making any posts on this PAB. It's a condition of the PAB.

I read in another thread that Max is moving from one town to another right now, I think it is okay if you send him a message or email to ask if there is any progress after this length of time, in case you fell through the cracks.
 
FTR, the casino never did reply in any detail to this issue. Finally though the OP reported that they paid him.
