[RESOLVED] slots plus problems with dps

I just made a dp in slots plus and found out my $ wasnt in my acct so i go to live help to findout why where is it so they say i didnt make a dp then i send them all the info from my card that i made the dp with then i get transfer to 1 after another then the 1 guy said i did make 1 for the amount to hold on he shutsdown the chat and then i log back into to there and ask for the guy that said i made the dp cant find him so i got robbed noless last time i made a dp in there i had a $4600 playthrough on a reg dp no bonus or nothing :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: still after 1 1/2 hrs still no $ and still the run around

contact there rep last time i did and no reply and the link you posted was for slots.com not slots plus now its over 12hrs and still the run around

That should read slotspluscasino.com - I've corrected that.

There are two reps in the forum who've been alerted. Hopefully we'll find out what's up with your account. Apparently there have been problems recently with US players $$ accounts.

I feel that the Main Street Group of casinos are the worst. It's very hard to win and there's generally some kind of problem which they always have an excuse. I still don't know why they're accredited. I just installed all their software and won't return. They just take and take, never give back.

The upgrade might have been RTG wide, I don't know. But I can say that after the upgrade vegasonlinecasino has served the real series games to me faster than ANY rtg has in the past... like less than 5 seconds to dl a new game.

debbiek, have you noticed that although the group is accredited, there is not a clickable link on the page, nor listing of individual casinos? I won't read anything into this, and I thought I had signed up in the group through here in the past, maybe not, but i think it speaks VOLUMES about CasinoMeister that not all accredited casinos are 'business partners'.

Yes there slots are real tight but i did hit there the first time i played and cashed out $2000 which they said 2 weeks to racive a check which became 2 mths but i did get it and never won a dime since but here and there i do dp in there to give it a shot

Based on the fact that (a) your deposit did come through (albeit none to swiftly), (b) you seem to be off and playing there again and (c) there doesn't seem to be any evidence for the "scamming" accusation I am marking this thread "Resolved" and tweaking the subject line accordingly.
