I cashed out on June 5th and they said it was authorized June 7th for $650(ACH) and I have seen nothing! They say 5-7 business days, ok well it has been 17 business days and they do not answer my emails. I also have 4 other cash outs I made that same week. What is going on, and why are they not being accountable?? When I IM them they say be patient, O ok be patient forever because I am never going to see the money?? What is the point of playing online when you do not get paid? :confused:

Casino Meister is powerful!!! haha Just created this thread 2 minutes later went and let my dog out to the bathroom and Fedex had left me one of my CWC checks on my door step! Thanks O mighty Casino Meister! Still no ACH tho, but atleast this is a good sign. :thumbsup:

You'll get paid. They (like all who serve USA players) are experiencing delays. Some have waited 5 weeks or more. Just keep checking with CS.

And... FWIW... it may be time all USA players kept their money in their pockets and find another hobby? Just saying....

They told me that their processor was only allowing one withdrawal per week from all of the combined sites. So you may be caught in a weekly payout pace. Maybe this changed when they got their new processor, but I covered this in another thread.

You obviously got caught in the mess of switching processors. But as I posted in another thread just minutes ago, it appears new processor is working very well.

Be hopeful that this helps clear up your situation ASAP as well.

never initiate a withdrawal request until you receive the previous one in the series.

Well,

Today I got an e-mail.

It's really just a form letter with my name at the top. An apology for the delay. Nothing in reference to my personal withdrawal. They probably sent to everyone with a withdrawal delay.

I just don't understand how they cannot know (or tell us) exactly what the problem is and when we will see the funds. In this day and age, it's so easy to do these things.

If we don't see them by tomorrow, it will not be before Tuesday with Monday being the
4th............ ain't life grand!
 
Hang in there, if it were me ---- I would be frustrated, but I would NOT worry about ultimately getting paid.

The advice about not making rapid succession withdrawals appears to be good advice. Wait for "approval" on a pending w/d before you initiate a new w/d request. Also keep in mind their weekly maximum w/d limits.

High Noon ACH withdrawal

I received an email from High Noon today saying that my ACH withdrawal that was approved on June 3rd was returned to them , and they did not have any information why it had, They deposited my winnings back into my account and asked that I withdraw it by courier check. I did a check withdrawal from there a few weeks ago and received it in 3 business. So now I did the withdrawal that they put back in my account that way. At least now I know I will receive my winnings. They also did the same to other people who have been waiting for a ACH withdrawal

I received the same update and returned funds to my casino account from my w/d processed on the 6th. My 2nd w/d was processed with the new ach processor on the 30th. I'm hoping this next attempt will have a different result.

Obviously the problem is getting funds to US players. They can't/won't tell you what the exact problem is, because it's not safe to give specifics.

They also can't tell you when you will see the funds, because in the current situation, they don't know either.

They aren't delaying things just for fun, or because they can't afford it, it's because of the wonderful FBI and DoJ.
 
Requested ACH from club world May 26

requested 5/25 approved 5/31 and I received it in my bnk acct approx 4 weeks later.

Still waiting on payout via wire from Rushmore since requested on 6/4 first told processed then told several days ago they are attempting to "reproccess" it.
 
I don't know very well the casinos groups or "families", so beg your pardon if I write something off topic. Aladdins is part of CW, as I see into the Main Site. I won a five digits amount , it was the end of March, after my request, it tooks exactly 3 weeks to get the entire amount (4000 usd /week).It was the first time I played there and didn't know the winnings were "fractioneted".Didn't understand why couldn't have my total win into my Net account. So I called their support in London, and they were very kind, giving me all the explanations.

So, I think, they really do have technical problems,and, sometimes is not so easy to explain which kind in the specific. I really think you all get paid, and there's not any kind of "foxiness" .

What 's the meaning of ACH? Thanks
 
Withdrawal returned

Well, my withdrawal from 06/07/2011 was returned to the casino on the 5th of July. They told me to request a check, which I did within minutes of their e-mail. I replied to their e-mail and asked them to flush it, since it was approved a month ago.

It still sits there, in the cashier.

It seems to me they would put a priority on these payments that got messed up with the other processor.

I have e-mailed the cashier once a week. Not overdoing it. Yet, they can't seem to keep me informed. I have recieved a form letter. Then the one about the bank kicking it back. Don't they know, as long as they have been in business, decent communication, above all, should be a priority if they want to maintain a good customer base?

I haven't played at a CWC casino for a while now and I use to be at one of them every single day! Then they send me a 100% deposit bonus, asking if that would tempt me to come back! Ha! Asking me to deposit, the mail comes just fine.......... info about my withdrawal..... not so much!

I agree with you completely! I also have sent emails and no return service. But their promotional emails come just fine. I just got off the phone with customer service from CWC and she started with an attitude and asked me what she should tell me....I said how about it has been a month/30 days (she then said she knew how many days were in a month) and I still have no sign of a withdrawal! She just kept on with her attitude so I just hung up and went and deleted their casino. I played with them daily as well. But it disgusts me to think I was giving my money to a company who has no appreciation for their customers.:mad:

You need to be a little patient with cashier right now, as chances are all of the transfers from those dates were rejected and they would be swamped I imagine.

I'm not saying it doesn't suck, but they will most certainly pay.

We all know about the processor problems! That's just part of the problem!

I am saying their customer service is a disaster because they are NOT replying to e-mails! THAT, in my opinion, is very wrong!
 
Returning ACH and sending out checks now is a red flag. Be sure to check to see if they can even mail out checks to your state as your bank may kick it. If this is the case going forward i'm done. I live in a no check state.
 
Starting to think that 30 days is now the standard like paylinq or click to pay. the processors they are using are similar to these outfits.

Now the recent posts are worrying me because only today

I was told by Highnoon that ACH is up to date and my withdrawal should be processed in the next batch(monday).

Wow. What is the truth?

Well, FYI, I requested a cash out from them last Wednesday, and it was in my account on this past Wednesday morning, for a 4 business day turnaround. So, they are getting them out. :)

Jeez!! How is that? Well I'm happy for you, Ive been waiting over a month now and I contacted their rep on here and still no reply.
