[Resolved] Clubworld - please clean out your pm box and respond to customer emails

I've been trying to get a response to emails which now span weeks, but nothing. I just tried to send a PM but the box is full. Could I get a PM from you when you can receive pm again? Thanks

I wouldnt say they have a habit of not responding as Tom has always replied to my pms. Nevertheless, they do need to work on this area ie communication with their players as sometimes many issues stem from grave misunderstandings from both sides. Tom responded to a thread several days ago so he must have visited the forum. Given its wide coverage, CW must have received its fair share of pms and they must make sure the mailbox is cleaned regularly as part of good customer service. Issues may not be solved instantly but an acknowledgement would suffice.

Meanwhile, can Bryan increase the mail capacity of the accredited casinos' forum reps?

@takethemoney - I've just checked Clubworld's PM stats and he has 450 messages stored out of 600 allotted. So there shouldn't be a problem sending messages to him. In fact, I've just sent him one. :D

Thanks Bryan. Yep, same place I pm'd from and the error I got was that their box was full. Issue has been resolved and I have been responded to.
