Bryan, while 50% is way over the top (IMO)....I like the idea, and am in agreement with Just Play and Mercy. It might be something to look at in the future. Even a very small amount from each and every PaB'er could make a huge difference in the long run. I'd like to see a discussion, maybe even a poll on this, to see how others feel.
Maybe 50% of the CASHOUT might be excessive, but if it is merely 50% of the WINNINGS, this is more in line with the "no win, no fee" litigation schemes, and there are PLENTY of takers for these still.
There is STILL the $500 fee for BOGUS complaints, but how to enforce it is the problem, usually it is just a banning from the forum.
Maybe a fee could be asked for in SOME cases, perhaps where players APPEAR to have chanced their luck with a "loophole", and if the claim proves bogus, the fee is kept, but is returned if the PAB was made in good faith.
