[Resolved] Bodog charged my Visa twice for one transaction.

    Is this a common occurrence for online casinos? I've had my Visa for twenty years and i've never had this happen before. I've scanned them my Visa bill and called and e-mailed a couple of times but have yet to hear anything back about it. I have to say it makes me pretty hesitant to use my Visa again at any of these sites.:(
    Does anyone know of any other mac and Canadian friendly casinos that they can recommend?

    Vangrl, I have had this happen a couple of times with my Netspend card. This is what happened with me. Used it to deposit and the casino put a pending authorization on my card but when they made the actual charge they used a different batch number from the pending and it looked like 2 charges, one pending and one actual. After a few days, the pending one disappeared. Gas stations where you pay at the pump with a card will do the same thing.

    Call Bodog on the phone or contact rep here and ask them about it.

    i wrote to Bodogbecky about this but I haven't heard back from her yet.

    anyway, hopefully it will get resolved, it just seems like it's taking them a long time to get back to me.

    Hi Becky, yes i did write to you through Casinomeister a few days ago, but I only just sent you my e-mail address yesterday (through this site), let me know if you get it.
    I still haven't heard back from anyone from Bodog, originally a woman named "Tamara" said I would hear back within 24-48 hours, it's been 6 days now, but that might be typical.
