[Resolved] Alljackpots -Warning! Very unorganized Casino!

Sorry to hear that. I closed all my accounts at Fortune Lounge Casino's a long time ago. I did not trust them at all. I am feeling that way with alljackpots and allslots now to.

I had a similar problem with one of the Fortune Lounge casinos. I closed my c2p account, informed FL that I had done so, they still sent my withdrawal there. To their credit, they paid me by cheque afterwards. I still don't understand why transfer to closed accounts are not rejected by c2p.

It looks like, that he don't want to find a solution!

He only told me, that he can't make a reversal, because it's just send to click2pay!

I got now really problemns, because i've lost now about €550.- and this is nearly 1 month of work for me, so i can't pay some bills, because i've trusted them, but that was a very big error!

Good News

David and another rep both wrote me back here that they are checking in to this and finding out how this mistake happened. I went to look again in my quicktender and the money is now in there and processing. However if they did not make this error It would be in my bank now or tomorrow.I was counting on this money to pay some bills and now have to wait close to a week to get this in my bank. This whole thing really took the wind out of me since I never expected this to happen again. But I am glad that they are looking in to why this happened and I will post further updates when I hear from them again.

The casino did the same thing to me about a year ago with click2pay. It took 3 weeks to get this situated but finally he told me to put all the money back in to the casino from click2pay and he will then send it to me the way they originally was suppose to.He should be offering you this option. Bring that option to his attention.

Nice to hear, that at least your problem got solved, but mine wasn't :(

I got only a needles message, that my click2pay account is closed, because of this:"The reason the account is closed is that the client has returns. Once these have been covered we will reopen the account and the client can withdraw what remains himself. A reversal cannot be done under these circumstances."

That's certainyl nonsense, because even IF i've rejected the money on click2pay (i havent done this!), how can they close my account directly 1 minute, after i've made my deposit?
Even IF i has rejected the deposit on click2pay (again, i haven't done this!), they'll see it not before 2 working days, because i must first go to my bank and tell them, that they bring back my deposit to them and after that it takes at least 1 working day and another day, that click2pay get informed of it from their bank, so it can't be done within 1 minute!

That was for me the reason, that i make also a deposit with moneybookers (like always before), because in their own T&C is stated, that they will withdraw my money always to the last deposit method and i make this withdrawal and this was also accepted in my cashoer and even the live chat told me nothing wrong about this, after i've told him, that i wanted to flush my withdrawal!

*lol* Even that were very useless for me, because as i mentioned before, my click2pay account is closed, so how can i withdraw money from an account, which is closed? ;)

It happened to me once after changing my deposit method from click2pay to neteller. First Web did sent funds to my closed click2pay account and I never was able to get it out there.

Funny that, you are GERMAN, and so (so they say now:rolleyes:) are Click2Pay. Unless Click2Pay are lying, you should complain to the German authorities, or take Click2Pay to court over the missing money, or force them to show just cause for seizure.

Of course, they could REALLY be based in Cyprus, as they seemed to be when they screwed ME over some years back, and now they seem to have magically dropped references to Cyprus.

I do not trust Click2Pay, as if the account was closed, the payment should have been bounced back, not taken and "disappeared" by them.

Jackpot Factory's problem is a complete lack of communication between the casinos and their financial company, which I was once told was "just down the road" by a member of their support some while back. they use Inexia, which is NOT a "third party", but a "wholly owned subsidiary" of the Jackpot Factory group, with the casinos being another subsidiary company.

This kind of problem just keeps on cropping up, and it seems Jackpot Factory never learn from these mistakes, but paper over the cracks, which then open up again months, or even years, later for another group of unlucky players.

Disorganised? - it seems so, no-one in overall charge of the whole operation, each branch of which seems to do it's own thing, which often leads to these kinds of problems. Payments to US players are more complicated, but when non-US players suffer the same (or similar) issues, it CANNOT be brushed aside as being down to the processing problems posed by UIGEA.

Well...I was not motivated enough to tell the court where exactly those funds were from...:)

Ah, but German law is at odds with EU law on this, and Germany are being pursued through the European courts to ensure their laws adhere to EU free trade agreements.

Interestingly, at present the bank may well seek to chage back EVERYTHING that involved gambling, since no final ruling has come forth from the European court yet, it seems the fight is ongoing.

Click2Pay are there to process GAMBLING transactions, yet CLAIM to be GERMAN, where currently the activity is considered ILLEGAL, subject to EU action.

rivalfan has a different problem. It seems that Click2Pay have forwarded deposits using their connected account system, but the connected accounts have NOT forwarded the funds to Click2Pay, and thus Click2Pay have lost money. The easisest way for Click2Pay to do this is to seize the withdrawal from JF to cover it, but this means that rivalfan may well not have actually lost anything, as they will not have "lost" money that they thought they had moved through Click2Pay to the casinos, as it seems to have been denied by the banks.

A thorough audit of the underlying bank statements is the next step, coupled with checking transaction logs at the casinos that were funded by Click2Pay, and finally from the Click2Pay logs themselves, which they have to release if a formal request is made by the account holder. It may show that Click2Pay have only taken what they are due, but their appalling level of customer service has made the whole affair stink.

But that doesn't hapopen so, as i mentioned before, because there was not any problem from the side of my bank and as i said before, even IF my bank would deny this transcation, click2pay couldn't see this directly, because this takes a minimum of 2 working days and not only 1 minute, but this was the fact, that they've closed my account directly, after i've made my deposit!

Ok, you're a little bit right, because if i want my money (at least my deposit) back, i only must go to my bank and tell them, to take my money (at least the click2pay deposit) back, but then my winnings are also lost and the deposit from moneybookers, which was made as my last deposit method!
So or so, i'll lost money only for JP's withdrawal error!

Thank You !!

The situation is resolved and they made sure they had it quickly in my quick tender account. They wrote me numerous times and explained every thing and are very apologetic on what happened and set up my account to make sure it never happens again. I really appreciated this. Thank You.
