[Resolved] Alljackpots -Warning! Very unorganized Casino!

I had a cashin of 1,300 close to 3 days ago at alljackpots casino. It should have been in my quicktender the next day. well 3 days later it is not there. I call and mailed the casino and never got any answers until I called again today. The answer was a bit insulting. They claim that my preferred choice was ECOCARD!! LOL I never even made a deposit or withdraw with ecocard and never made them my choice for anything! So now I have to wait longer to see what they are doing with my 1,300. They claim they are now going to put it through quicktender because eco card rejected it. Well duh of course they rejected it!! The last time a while ago, I had a cashin through this casino they put it through click2pay!! It took me 3 weeks to have it straightened out and now they are doing something weird again. They even stated that yes we see your method you have is quicktender but you must have told us to over ride it and send this to eco card. How brainless is that! They can't even admit when they messed up. Ok I am now seriously considering closing my account here. Second time in a row I can't even trust this casino to process any wins I have.
 
Sounds like they are stalling to me, maybe cashflow issues again, I remember this group had similar issues back in March of this year and there is several threads here from back then where players were complaining about similar situations.
 
But i had never any problems with them before, except one time, on which i got a $10 free chip with regular mail from them and as my balance was up to $25 i wanted to make a withdrawal to my always used moneybookers account, but they declined it, because they said, that i can only get my money with a check.
I asked them WHY? Then they said, that it is because i didn't made a deposit with moneybookers now about 3 months ago and so i can only cashout with a check.
It looked like for me, that they wanted me to make a deposit, so i decided to play my balance out and that was it, because the bank fees are surely higher, than these $25 and you must also add the exchange fees in €.
Probably this was even the time, on which i should decide to never play there again!

It looks like, that they're going to the rogue casinos!

I wouldnt call them rogue so fast.

Unorganized? Yeah, that could be.

Ive been playing there for 8 months now and never had any cashout problems / delays unlike with some Rival Casinos (does "Processor Issues" ring a bell?).

To me it seems like they got some new guys in their financial department.
Last week they requested documents from me the first time ever and the "look & feel" of their e-mail correspondence has changed a bit during the last 2 months.

Nonetheless documents were approved and cashout accepted within 12 hours.

They seem to have some problems when changing deposit methods.
I switched from click&buy to neteller 5 months ago and it took them some weeks to get it straight (neteller withdrawals went to click&buy and the other way round...)

Have you contacted their rep yet?

I never changed my deposit method. They did.
 
Thanks, I mailed you a little while ago. I hope you look in to this A.S.A.P. I play your casino every other day if not every day. I went through a similar situation with your casino on my last cashin over a year ago. This really is upsetting to put it mildly. A 1,300 dollar win then not knowing where it is and then finally finding out you all put it in eco card of all places,when I never even used or requested it to go through eco card.Now I have to wait for who knows how long until you put it in to my quick tender.Mistakes like this should not happen, especially twice!

It happened to me once after changing my deposit method from click2pay to neteller. First Web did sent funds to my closed click2pay account and I never was able to get it out there.

I see, you had exactly the same problem, like me.

You've never received your withdrawal from FirstWeb?

I think that was their fault, so they should find a fair solution for us, because why did they transfer money to an another deposit method, without any information?

Every another casino at least decline our withdrawals, if they won't withdraw it to an specific account, so it's surely not our error!
 
They were on the rogue list a while ago I think. Does anyone remember the really strange Ad's they had on there site.Something like" Allslots saved my life, my wife left me and I was depressed and as soon as I started playing there casino's my life changed and I am happy now" or " I was broke and couldn't pay the bills and as soon as I played allslots casino I won and my life is now great" LOL that was pretty crude I think they were sent to rogue for a while from that. They should send them to rogue again for the numerous problems they are giving us. My 1,300 is still some where in cyber space. I never changed my payment method I had it for over a year set up for quicktender and they just decided to change my payment methods and sent it to ecocard. They still did not catch the mistake the numerous times I called until eco card denied them the money and sent it back.Now it is still not in quicktender and this is a huge mistake to make especially since I have never even used eco card for any deposits or withdrawals in the passed.I do not think they care about there Players. You should see how much money I spend there. I play practically every day. I never changed my pay method I had it for over a year set up for quicktender and they just decided to change my payment methods and sent it to ecocard. They still did not catch the mistake the numerous times I called until eco card denied them the money and sent it back.

Don`t get me wrong clj. I do not doubt your words.
I just never had any issues with them regarding payment.
I don`t believe they are trying to stall payments all of a sudden.
Probably "just" messed up your withrawal (which obviously doesn`t make it any better for you..).

Well, I definitly recieved my withdrawal from FirstWeb, however they did sent it into a locked click2pay account...and naturally I was not able to withdraw from there.

It is now about 4 yrs ago and I gave up about this.

I think FirstWEb followed their terms at that time but from my point of view it was not customer friendly to send it to another ewallet than the recent deposit come from.

Thank. I guess you are one of the few Lucky ones. Many of us are having problems getting our withdrawels from this casino.

I just never had any issues with them regarding payment.
I don`t believe they are trying to stall payments all of a sudden.
Probably "just" messed up your withrawal (which obviously doesn`t make it any better for you..).

It was only 50 and I was quiete new to online gambling so I gave up very fast and thought it was my fault.


I dont think your funds are lost, usually Jackpot Factory Casinos are very honest and Im sure they will help you to resolve this.

I never had any other problems there and I still play there.

I hope you're right, because $700 were even from my own deposit and the other $165 are winnings, after playing about 2 hours with $1 bets.

I also had never any problems like this with them before, but that doesn't help me yet.

Now i must wait, either they can resolve it.
 
I wish we could all be as lucky as you!...... This is the second time this has happened to me at alljackpots. The first time they did this, they put it in Click2pay.It took more then 3 weeks to get this situation fixed. Now they put it in a payment option I never used one that does not even work for American players. I am still waiting for Him to contact me so far I have yet to hear back from him.....

I had a similar problem with one of the Fortune Lounge casinos. I closed my c2p account, informed FL that I had done so, they still sent my withdrawal there. To their credit, they paid me by cheque afterwards. I still don't understand why transfers to closed accounts are not rejected by c2p.
