Dynamic eGaming is a company that was the back end of a few poker rooms (and maybe casinos, but that's not my strong suit). Last week at least 2 of the poker rooms that used their software and admin functions went offline. All the poker players' balances have disappeared and now Dynamic eGaming doesn't respond to attempts to contact them.

Anybody have any information about who these characters are?

Tis a small company offering turnkey packages. You find many of them here and there hiding behind a private address.

Here you have the registrar paying the host provider for privacy and getting a P.O. Box in Belize but Mary provided info on this company a few years ago.

Although the contact email is different, Karim is the same name used as contact. You could always try that phone number.

Good luck.

There's a ton of info on this outfit on Google - a lot of it not good.

Including this:

"Poker Room Review will be pursuing Dynamic to take responsibility for settling player accounts. Affected players can contact Help@PokerRoomReview.com for assistance in recovering funds from both of these sites."

Looks as if the aggrieved players might have a champion in Poker Room Review.

Someone called Karim El Rashidi from this software provider has responded with the following after some nudging:

"Dynamic merely provides the software to the site owners, and though all deposits are channeled through Dynamic, the operators (owners) are the ones financially responsible for paying players and Dynamic was left holding the bag.

"Yet, in a good-faith effort to settle players accounts, Dynamic will be refunding deposits, though all winnings, amassed through free rolls or otherwise, will not be honored.

"By early next week we will have a form on both sites in question where depositing players can fill it out and receive the deposit refunded."

I doubt that this company has the wherewithal to meet all of its obvious obligations here. One avenue worth exploring may be its e-cash processors who presumably are holding the usual security deposits for the next month or more.

Update:

I followed up on this again yesterday and this is what El Rashidi responded:

"Since August 14th, 2006 the players have already begun to receive their refunds."
