Regarding withdrawals at Grand Prive-Casino Grand Bay

I made a withdrawal on 9/27 and the courier ck sent out on 9/30. Almost as fast as Inetbet.

Ya, they did that for me a while ago. But then, when they found out I was an ACE tier, and they had to pay me out more bonuses than they would like. They made up some lame excuse, as to why they had to ban me from the casino. Then just because I live in a frat house, and more then one individual opens an account from that ip, doesn't give them exclusive rights, to shut me down. It never stated that in their rules, trust me I read all of them. This was when they first opened, now if they had opened my account again, maybe I would play there, all the time, exclusively, because I truly did enjoy their software. But not the way they are acting. I had played with grand prive for years and years and years, horrible how they treat their veteran players.

Turns out "due to problems", my check was actually never sent via DHL on 9/30. then told problems corrected, that was last week and check sent should have tracking number next day. That also wasn't true.

Chat support has requested info from their finance department 5X in last two weeks, they have received no response and I have not received any response to my many emails.

What a bunch of B.S.
