Reef Club publicly states that it takes 6 buisness days to process a neteller cashout. Wow, these people are really slimeballs. They take the money out immediately yet wait a week to send back your winnings.

Because they were offering (at least a few weeks ago when I played) a 100% bonus up to $200 with only 10X the bonus WR.

6 days is nothing and everyone I know who took them up on this new offer and withdrew have gotten their money with no ID or anything.

The problem is not the processing time. The problem, is that they allow you to reverse your cashout for a period of 5 days. Now when I make a cashout, I WANT TO CASH OUT. I have no plans to reverse it.. This casino preys on compulsive gamblers like vultures. They give the player 5 full days to reverse a cashout. Now while I would not reverse it, I know many who would within that timeframe.

I just think it is a very scummy way of doing buisness.

Additionally, their support personel probably frequents this board. How would you like to be at work busting your ass to feed your family, and some guy in some forum is calling you a slimeball?

Let's keep these things in check and be mellow on the language. If you have a legitimate beef with Reef Club, let eCOGRA be aware.

Yep,you are definitely the brightest one of all. Like frafi,I would have taken your earlier post and the phrase 'absurd cash delays' to mean that you are not happy waiting 6 days for the withdrawal. I asked them about their 5 days waiting policy. I was told this was to insure that they receive their deposit before making any payouts. They want to make sure your deposit clears. Their headquarters is in Israel and are real JEWelry merchants and loves money.

Please note that murder1 has joined the coveted league of "banned users". Besides posting a racist remark, he has a produced a pattern of hateful postings.

And unfortunately it looks as though murder1 has been committing player fraud. I'm checking into this at the moment.

In my case, I deposited the $200 and received their advertised 20% bonus of $40. However, I emailed them about the 100% offer and received a reply within 1-2 days stating that they had credited my account with the further $160.

The T&C are still the same as the 20% offer (at least they were when I played a few weeks ago. Players must wager 5X the deposit before they can withdraw.

Here's an excerpt:

The "First Deposit Bonus" may be Cashed Out only after an amount totaling no less than five (5) times the First Deposit amount has been wagered (i.e. to Cash Out a $20 Bonus, received for a $100 First Deposit, the Member must wager a total amount equaling no less than $500).

IF you a new customer and depost by creidt card i can see, but if you been there for over 6 months and depoist by neteller they should pay you in less than 3 days, most micros pay you in 3 days or less.

But the 5 day waiting period starts at the day you make a withdraw, not when you made a deposit therefore this explanation doesn't make any sense!

I wouldn't worry. Given the amount of "regulatory" backup there is here, they'll pay you. You can betcha they won't want to if you display those "undesirablre" tendancies, but they'll pay you - they have to maintain appearances. Whether Eric The Shark is still around doesn't matter a jot.

I then played and met the WR and also won $170. I withdrew $570 and today money was back in my neteller account, no problems. I will play here again.
