Has anyone else cashed in at Redflush yet? I seem to be having an issue .
I wrote to the Redflush person here on Monday with still no response.

Thanks for the link and the info . I just got off the phone with their customer service person and he was as nice as can be . I have talked to their other one also and he was equally as nice . Hopefully this will all work out as I do like the casino .

Slow Paying or NOT paying at all

I did a cashout on July 28th 2008, as of today Aug 9, 2008 I have not been paid and given 2 excuses why. I also have written Marty and no response.

These are the reasons I was given:
August 6, 2008 by Joshua:
Joshua: Hi xxxxx, thank you very much for your patience, I just received feedback from the banking manager, please note that your withdrawals via checks are processed one day after the day that the withdrawal is made and the bank only starts processing them 2 days after the request, so you should receive your funds by Friday
Joshua: Hi xxxxx, i understand your frustration xxxxx, once again I apologize for the error in the e mail, but not to worry, we will ensure that you receive your check by no later than friday

August 8th, 2008 Friday, spoke with Jeff, here is his reason:

Jeff: we are not sure what happened with the checks but something went wrong with the deliveries, so they had to be cancelled and re-issued
Jeff: it takes between 4 to 7 days, it might nt even get to the 7th day

So which is it...the courier made a mistake or it just takes longer than what the email they sent me stating I would receive the funds in 2-5 business days?...hmmm

This is the response I got from the casino regarding my $35(I feel should be refunded) to get the check in 2-5 business days

ME: So your saying "The casino found out about the problem, and your sorry it will take up to another 7 days to get your money and Your $35 you spent to get it to you was a waste of your money"
ME: if the courier screwed up i'm sure you were reimbursed for their trouble...BUT I'm NOT
Jeff: no we are not, the check is still coming to you via courier check to ensure the checks get there on time
ME: $35 was to make sure i got the check in 2-5 business days....that didn't happen....instead it will be from July 28 to ? that isn't 2-5 buisness days...SO YES MY $35 WAS A WASTE...I could of spent 0$ and had it sent regular mail
ME: Jeff...maybe you think i'm out of line, I will present this to Casinomeister since he backs this site up saying it is reputable and see if he feels this situation was handled the best it could be
Jeff: ok xxxxxx just a moment for me please
Jeff: thank you for your patience xxxxxx, i just spoke to my PB and we are going to increase your loyalty points so that you can redeem them for a comp.
ME: whats a PB?
Jeff: my Pitboss
ME: and how much is my comp?
Jeff: $10
ME: $10...WOW
ME: you guys impress even more
Jeff: excuse me?
ME: how much did you get for reimbursement for the courier to screw up?
ME: I know the courier doesn't charge $35...so you already made profit off of me
ME: is that the best the casino is going to do for my inconvience?
Jeff: well i do not know how much we pay the courier, but in anycase they still had to deliver your check so they still got thei money
ME: well i don't know what kind of a mistake a courier can make, and if they did make a mistake they should be delivering for free...since it is their MISTAKE
Me: Well Jeff I think you have presented me with all the casino has to say....now I will present it to Casinomeister and see what he says regarding promoting the casino and how this was handled.
Jeff: xxxxxx the check has been re-issued and you will receive it in the next couple of days
xxxxx: hopefully i was reissued my $35 too...but we will see
Jeff: unfortunately we cannot do that, hence we gave you the bonus
xxxx: you could of gave me $35 in a bonus
Jeff: unfortunately we cannot do that

Jeff: Is there anything further that I can assist you with?

This is the first time I have run into any problems with a site that I have played that Casinomeister has promoted. We will see if they are just full of excuses and slowpaying or NOT paying at all. Goodluck if you choose to play this casino!

hi, ive just joined that casino about two weeks ago & had no problems whatsoever withdrawing my winnings back to my card . so i hope they sort it out for you.;)

Apparently accredited casinos are not necessarily trustworthy. I am so glad I didnt play this site, especially after this experience and the past post about slow pay. I know you are grieving Bryan, but it seems that your criteria for "accredited" is sorely lacking. Combine this with your JF "best group of '07" and the credibility of the accredited list is in jeopardy. Makes one wonder if the only motivation for accredidation is $$$$$$$$. Go ahead and ban me if you want, but the track record is rather bumpy in my opinion!

It's a well known fact that a check withdrawal for US players is going to be problematic. Anyone who visits this forum somewhat regularly should be aware of that.
Don't you think you are being a little harsh in your judgment of CM?

CM promotes Red Flush, and I think he should be given feed back of how a casino is running. Check withdrawl is always a problem with excuses for US? I don't think so, I have withdrawn from many casinos. My point was I was giving 2 different excuses, still no check, they have taken $35 from me and wouldn't even refund that from RED Flush. They had no problem taking my money and giving out 100% bonuses, but a simple $35 they couldn't reimburse! Don't you think thats a little unreasonable? Do you think CM would approve? Would you be happy to be treated like I was from this casino?

That's a hell of a leap from questioning the worthiness of some of the Accredited folks to accusing CM of rigged accreditation. Unjustified to say the least, not to mention delivered in poor taste.

Casinos wax and wane like everything else, and when they wane too far they get pulled from the list. No conspiracy, that's just how things go.

First my comment was directed toward Pacers, I quoted his post. As for you.......Yes, I agree what happened to you is unreasonable. No I wouldn't be happy about it if I were treated that way. You have ever right to complain.
Again......My comment was not directed at you.......I was just stating a general fact about the delay on check withdrawals. As for my comment about don't you think that was a little harsh........I was talking to Pacers......not you.

Yes, CM appreciates CONSTRUCTIVE criticism of the casinos he promotes. And Yes, WD by check has become a HUGE problem for US players. Do some research on this site and there will be info about the current situation.

I can't speak for CM, but in his absence maxd or simmo! can.........and probably will.

The current us player situation does not make me happy. Kinda tanks the fun/entertainment value for sure.

We all know about the problems with US checks, and so would Red Flush I expect. It is therefore completely out of order to charge an OPTIONAL $35 for a faster delivery, when no such service can be provided.
The excuses are a load of rubbish, the real reason is nothing to do with "mistakes", and "couriers", it is to do with the processors hired by the casinos. It is more likely that events overtook the issuing of the check, and it had to be cancelled before it was placed with the courier. This will be obvious, as if the check were sent, but then had to be cancelled, the courier will simply deliver a dud check, with the player having to wait for the real one.

It is quite some surprise that the casino cannot afford to reimburse the measly sum of $35 for what is, after all, a fault of THEIR payment systems, and nothing to do with the player. To offer $10 worth of comps is an insult to the player, and hardly seems the thing to do to build a long term relationship.

Perhaps long term customer relationships are no longer that valuable now for US players, and saving $25 from the bottom line now is better business planning than spending it in the hope of recouping more in the longer term.

Perhaps MG is going to bail altogether from the US in the near future given this serious escalation in payment problems sparked by the seizure of some $26 Million in transit to players.

Unfortunately, such bail outs will happen more or less overnight, as happened with other software providers and eWallets. There will be little or no opportunity for players to fulfil promotional requirements, as the previous pattern has favoured locking accounts and providing for a withdrawal process through contact with CS, giving no opportunity for further play.

RTG will probably be the least affected by this, along with, it seems, one other unique casino portal.

I understand that casinos can and do deteriorate over time. I guess my point is that the accredited list seems to be just as much of a guess as pointing and clicking one off the top of your head. I only point this out as many members seem to believe that you "can't go wrong" with a CM accredited site and that is just not true. Max, do casinos pay any sort of fee to become accredited here? If so, IMO it makes the list suspect, that's all.

bb, you made the statement that check withdrawls are a problem for the US and presented it as fact. As a regular poster, you should know that it isn't true. I have had check withdrawls and postal money orders sent to me by casinos with no problem, so I would suggest that you be a little more accurate in your observation. You must believe that it is a problem because CM tells you so. Why then does 3Dice get me a MO in 3 days??? Just wanted to set the record straight.

cash a check that even hints that its non USA

yes they are drawn on a USA bank
but they also have on them


example: Bank Of Indonesia

and my bank sends back will
not cash International checks


so you are damned if ya take a check an damned if ya dont

I don't recall seeing anything other than the US bank that the checks I've received are drawn on. Why is it that 3Dice can do it and apparently noone else can??? The whole thing makes no sense at all.

I believe 3Dice do everything "in house", whereas others use a third party processor. There must be something unique about the 3Dice setup that other casinos cannot mimic. 3Dice are unlikely to say exactly what this is, otherwise their ability to pay could be shut down by the DoJ.
