Slow Paying or NOT paying at all
I did a cashout on July 28th 2008, as of today Aug 9, 2008 I have not been paid and given 2 excuses why. I also have written Marty and no response.
These are the reasons I was given:
August 6, 2008 by Joshua:
Joshua: Hi xxxxx, thank you very much for your patience, I just received feedback from the banking manager, please note that your withdrawals via checks are processed one day after the day that the withdrawal is made and the bank only starts processing them 2 days after the request, so you should receive your funds by Friday
Joshua: Hi xxxxx, i understand your frustration xxxxx, once again I apologize for the error in the e mail, but not to worry, we will ensure that you receive your check by no later than friday
August 8th, 2008 Friday, spoke with Jeff, here is his reason:
Jeff: we are not sure what happened with the checks but something went wrong with the deliveries, so they had to be cancelled and re-issued
Jeff: it takes between 4 to 7 days, it might nt even get to the 7th day
So which is it...the courier made a mistake or it just takes longer than what the email they sent me stating I would receive the funds in 2-5 business days?...hmmm
This is the response I got from the casino regarding my $35(I feel should be refunded) to get the check in 2-5 business days
ME: So your saying "The casino found out about the problem, and your sorry it will take up to another 7 days to get your money and Your $35 you spent to get it to you was a waste of your money"
ME: if the courier screwed up i'm sure you were reimbursed for their trouble...BUT I'm NOT
Jeff: no we are not, the check is still coming to you via courier check to ensure the checks get there on time
ME: $35 was to make sure i got the check in 2-5 business days....that didn't happen....instead it will be from July 28 to ? that isn't 2-5 buisness days...SO YES MY $35 WAS A WASTE...I could of spent 0$ and had it sent regular mail
ME: Jeff...maybe you think i'm out of line, I will present this to Casinomeister since he backs this site up saying it is reputable and see if he feels this situation was handled the best it could be
Jeff: ok xxxxxx just a moment for me please
Jeff: thank you for your patience xxxxxx, i just spoke to my PB and we are going to increase your loyalty points so that you can redeem them for a comp.
ME: whats a PB?
Jeff: my Pitboss
ME: and how much is my comp?
ME: you guys impress even more
Jeff: excuse me?
ME: how much did you get for reimbursement for the courier to screw up?
ME: I know the courier doesn't charge $35...so you already made profit off of me
ME: is that the best the casino is going to do for my inconvience?
Jeff: well i do not know how much we pay the courier, but in anycase they still had to deliver your check so they still got thei money
ME: well i don't know what kind of a mistake a courier can make, and if they did make a mistake they should be delivering for free...since it is their MISTAKE
Me: Well Jeff I think you have presented me with all the casino has to say....now I will present it to Casinomeister and see what he says regarding promoting the casino and how this was handled.
Jeff: xxxxxx the check has been re-issued and you will receive it in the next couple of days
xxxxx: hopefully i was reissued my $35 too...but we will see
Jeff: unfortunately we cannot do that, hence we gave you the bonus
xxxx: you could of gave me $35 in a bonus
Jeff: unfortunately we cannot do that

Jeff: Is there anything further that I can assist you with?
This is the first time I have run into any problems with a site that I have played that Casinomeister has promoted. We will see if they are just full of excuses and slowpaying or NOT paying at all. Goodluck if you choose to play this casino!
