    Hello guys.. sorry for my bad english... I have a problem with this casino..I made severeral withdrawals the first about 100.59$ i get paid..n but i played further and made more.. now when i asking where are my other withdrawal between 250 - 300$ they (support )just answer like we didnt see nothing in your account.. i dont know what to do.. the strange thing is when i ask livechat whats with my withdrawal she ir he asked wich amount you mean!?! So they must see theres another withdrawal amount. In play check or cash check there are no records... But I have a screenshot from a win littke bit over 200$... so wheres the record of this win ???how they able to say they dont see the money ?! please could you help me..

    I have sent you a PM in this regard but will also reply in the forum for the sake of other members.

    We have thoroughly checked your account with us and there is only evidence of one withdrawal for $100.59 which was paid yesterday.

    Although you had wins (such as the screenshot you sent me) and your balance increased to over $420, you unfortunately played out these wins until you eventually cashed out the aforementioned amount.

    When the agent asked you which withdrawal you were referring to it was because you mentioned more than one withdrawal and the agent could not see any other withdrawals on your account. If this caused you some confusion I apologise.

    thats not correct!! the amount when inwas at 420 i never played it out!! omg i know what i did! i made when i reached this amount a withdrawal! the withdrawal amount of 100.59 i did 4 or 5 days earlier...and then the amount just lost!! ok so if you say i lost it it should be in playcheck. but i never played further i just would knew it!!.. i know for sure that i made a withdrawal and never played this amount down! one day after i made the second withdrawal the amount of 100.59 arrived at neteller.. and the dollars just nowhere...

    Well I heard a lot of crazy things here in the forums. But that a cashout is totally lost I never heard before and in this case I`m with the casino.

    A thorough audit of Playcheck should show what happened. If this amount was indeed all played back, there would be a spin by spin record of each bet made, and the result, until the amount in dispute was lost. If you select "detailed view", you will also see any administrative alterations to the account too, such as deposits, withdrawals, adjustments, and bonuses added.

    The thing is all the MG download casinos use the Viper banking/accounting, so this wouldn't be a RedFlush wrongdoing even if it were correct which I doubt.

    Your accounting has a running balance, so if you go back and check it will show your balance going down 420 if you made a w/d. Go back to where in playcheck you made the 100.59 withdraw. That's paid so will definitely be there. You must have either deposited again AFTER that or left a residual balance to play again after the 100.59 w/d. This you must have built up to 420 at some point. It can't just disappear! Go to playcheck and post the relevant screenshot here, otherwise this all sounds a bit odd....

    Yes same. I think this is the strangest thing I've heard about it randomly just going missing. I think the casino is also right in this situation but I understand things like this can happen so he definitely may be telling the truth. I just don't think a casino would lie.
