Just a polite request if anyone has had issues with withdrawals or are they reasonably prompt ie 1-3 days? I have withdrawals in at both above mentioned casinos put in yesterday (Thursday).

Haven't played at either in a while but when i did it was 3 days back on my debit card.Not sure info regarding other payment methods.

Very reliable, 24 hour pending then they go to process very promptly, then back to your credit/debit card in 2 days. 3 days in total to cards not including weekends. Neteller should be quicker, within 24 hours of the pending period ending.

They were a real head ache. I thought the way that they handled that $50NDB "error" was a joke. I don't think I could play at a casino that's so ready to waste a customers time. I just expect more than that especially from an online casino no less.

I am reserving judgement until I have been paid, but I have noted that the one transaction that was made well over 24 hours ago is still sat as reversible in the banking section of the lobby and does not show in my transaction history at all. I suspect it will now be sat there till Monday morning.

I can't give you any feedback on withdrawals there. They lost me at the $50 NDB "error" so I've never played there. They are accredited though so they will pay. By the sounds of it withdrawals take about three days. Hope you get paid soon :)

I'm surprised it hasn't gone to 'work in progress' yet as they're quite prompt usually. If it hasn't by the end of today you'll find midnight Sunday it'll become non-reversible, and if no verification delays then you'll have it back to the card Weds or Neteller Tues.

Did a withdrawal on monday and still waiting for it. (Neteller)

Im done with this group. Why would i wait this long when other casinos pay me in under an hour with no reverse time?

hi apart from a few things cant say theyve never not paid , i would think dunover is around right , although my neteller has been paid just under 48 hrs , havnt played there in a long time they kinda upset me , but regarding moneys paid theyve never faulted .

Major Tom withdrawal and KYC

Hi, this is my first post here, so here i go :)

Won a small amount of 220eur, and sent the documentation as asked.

After that i have received emails atleast from 3 different addresses asking household bill, that i already sent them.

Then sent it in again.. Went to the chat next day and asked if everything is ok. The chat support person was littlebit confused when trying to find my account, and then finally asked if it was Major Tom account. Ofcourse it was, i said it in the begin of the chat aswell. Was told that they never received any documentation from me.. (even if i got an email from them to send the bill again)

Then i got an another email address to send the documents.. Sent all of them again, and after couple of hours got response to send the household bill again, that i have now sent as printed version, scanned version, PDF version and photographed version.

Is it almost this messy at Major Tom to do a WD?
