Bad practice if you ask me. Sure it was free credits so I didnt expect much but to try turn this around in an effort to make me deposit sucks. True I have not deposited there in a long while (used to ) but still they should not send emails with incorrect or bull promos. Rant over ... time to deposit at 32red ;)

Hi doomed4ever,

This is an error on our part. The information that a purchase is required was only included in the images and not in the copy. I have discussed this with the marketing team and they will include more information in the copy as some players do not display the images of emails.

Best regards,
Wayne

Hey Wayne,
you are still there? I sent two emails. One on 7/26 and again 8/2.
Haven't heard back yet.

Hi Wayne sorry but the images supplied in the email did not mention a deposit of any kind. I can upload them to my own server and display them here if you wish as the redFlush graphic designers seem to have made a blunder here in not mentioning at all anything about a deposit bonus. If it had been 150 up 150 in a deposit bonus - who knows I might have been tempted. But 20% up to 150 ... please get real. lol. Also regardless of it was an image display error or not, when I went to live support they informed me it was only 20% up to 150 in deposits.

We *my company ) also send out 1000s of opt in/opt out canSpam compliant emails weekly and have never made such an error. All facts are wrong on this, however as it was percevived to be a freebie I wont shout :) Just letting others know.

Kindest regards from the Sweltering greek Island of Corfu. :D

This is a con and many casinos are habitual offenders on this. This is nothing new...see thread https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/all-casinos-stop-the-useless-bonuses.37976/ ! You will see you are not the first to try to slip one by a player and will not be the last..and I gurarentee that you will do it again just as others conitnue to repeat this offensive pattern which will make you lose players faster than offering a free chip...
