I got this e-mail this evening from Red Flush for a 50 NDP bonus. it was from Red Flush, using my correct account details and e-mail address:

So needless to say my account hadn't been credited at all, so I went on live chat:

You are now chatting with Raquel
Raquel: Welcome to the Casino Dun. How may I assist you?
Me: I was just talking to 'shane' when I got cut off
Me: Your casino username is: xxxxx@xxxx
Me: Here is the e-mail:
Congratulations Dun
Your casino account has been credited with: 50 free credits
To claim your 50 free credits, please log in to the casino. You are required to claim these within 5 days; all bonus credits not played within this period will be deemed to have expired and will be removed.

Me: The chip isn't there
Raquel: I will check, one moment please
Me: I have lavida ac plus major tom, is it in there not red flush?
Me: they all have same username is what I meant.
Raquel: thank you for holding, Dun
Me: no worries
Raquel: There doesn't seem to be any reference to that offer on any of your accounts, Dun. Could you please forward the email to support@redflush.eu so we can check and take it from there?
Me: Great another stitch-up. It's a direct e-mail I've just copied it to you here.
Raquel: we need to see the original please, Dun
Raquel: and query with our Marketing team if need be
Me: How long will this take?
Raquel: We will give you an answer within 24h. Our Marketing Team is not in at the moment so we will not be able to check with them at the moment, opnly at 9h when they are back in.
Me: OK I'll forward it thanks.

Right, I have defended this lot vehemently up until now, as they hitherto treated me fine, paid me fast etc. This is the last straw. The terms linked in the e-mail just state that if I have made less than 10 deposits it has a max free chip cashout of 250, over 10 500. Usual WR etc.

I have ignored the 'batshit crazy' (as Chopley put it :)) promo terms up until now, along with the downright misleading 3000 max bonus ones, but this is complete nonsense, their promo/e-mail system to existing customers like me is obviously in complete and utter chaos and has been for a while, and NOTHING is being done about it. I have heard people complain they shouldn't be accredited in other threads, and I have always supported them by mentioning decent CS and relatively quick cashouts, but even I am beginning to doubt the wisdom of keeping my RF group accounts open.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Dunover,

There is no doubt whatsoever that the email was addressed to you personally from the casino. Maybe someone goofed up but they should honour it nevertheless.

They never give away anything free. The just want and want.......yes want your money and find fishy ways to get players to deposit, I learned that years ago. That group is not at all like the kindness from likes of 32RED or Guts. Where CASH means CASH or free bonus means free bonus

Raquel: We will give you an answer within 24h

Their famous last words.

I'm still waiting on their reply from 2008. Not to mention the 5 or 6 other occasions since then were I was sent promotions I could not claim. Not once did I ever receive an explanation from them as to why...

I'm sure if you shout loud enough they'll honour the $50 and claim there was an error. I just wonder how much longer they can keep using that word.

I don't care about free cash or spins, I just hate being lied to.

Glad you have finally seen the light ;)

I'm not surprised, I think the "error" at Major Tom Casino with the $50NDB was just this group getting up to their same old misleading deceptive marketing tactics. I'm happy I posted my complaint regarding that issue as it would seem this is an ongoing issue with all the casinos in this group including Red Flush and La Vida.

I certainly won't be supporting a group that appears to be wasting their customers time with bogus bonus offers that get passed off as "errors".

With all the good online casinos why bother with a B grade outfit?

P.s. I never did receive a PM from the Rep. Would appear this group considers this kind of behavior acceptable.

Dunover, if you don't think it's worth PAB'ing you should at least bring this to Bryan's attention as he is tackling a few issues with them currently and had said he wanted to be alerted to issues from this group.

I never did receive a PM from the Rep.

They have 2 active reps (MyronRR and RedFlush Host) here that log in everyday and read the comments but very rarely make public statements. I noticed that Myron "thanked" a comment that Bryan made criticizing their Roulette tips, but no public apology nor "we are taking care of this" reply.

Also, none of them stepped up to explain the $3,000 bonus thing. Disappointing.

Update -

I actually received an e-mail 10 hours later (this AM) to say they honoured the offer and the 50 is in my account. Which it is. I don't know what went on here but it's odd anyway. Oh well, try and make WR now, there is a potential 500 max cashout as I think I have made 10 deposits in my time there. Cheers people.

Not that odd mate, they do read these posts as Balthazar stated, and do value their accredited status here to a certain extent:)

I am sure if you weren't an active member here and had not posted or pm'd the rep, things would have gone differently.
I personally don't have positive experiences with them either, and from what i have seen over the years, strictly from CM threads, i would not adjust my opinion positively...

Good you got it anyway, and hope you break their bank with it:)

RedFlush Host

Hi,

Thank you for all the messages and comments.

As the RedFlush Casino, Casino La Vida and Major Tom Casino Host, unsatisfied valued players is not what I would like to see. So I would like to respond and try and resolve as many of the queries that have been escalated on this forum.

Dunover – I do apologize for the delay in crediting your account with the bonus offer that you were entitled to. It seems that there was a error with this bonus not awarded to you when you had logged in. I have asked the marketing and technical teams to investigate this matter and to make sure that this does not occur in future. Please do understand that we do receive many fabricated offers that are sent from unscrupulous affiliates/websites. To combat this, we request verification, which is usually a copy of the original email to be emailed to us. We then review the email provided by the player for authenticity. Should there be any doubt caused by possible discrepancies, the verification process may take up to 24 hours to complete. We do try to resolve these matters as urgent as possible, however there are times where further checks are required. Dunover, I see that your query was resolved and responded to by the same agent you chatted with within 4 hours of us receiving your email. This is within our standard response times however I will speak with the Customer Services Manager to make a concerted effort to improve the response times.

I am sorry that the games were not kind to you when you received the bonus. Perhaps you might want to try an alternate type of game to improve your odds of winning. You are welcome to log in and take up any of our other great daily offers to boost your bankroll and take you a step closer to that massive payout that you are looking for.

Tor2000 – Please could your PM me with any of the queries that have been addressed to your satisfaction so that I can investigate them and provide you with a complete and thorough response. Your PM will be treated at the highest priority and I will endeavour to find a solution to your concerns as speedily as I can.

mrmark21 – I do apologize that you were inconvenienced by not being awarded the emailed Major Tom Casino launch offer. This was an offer that was intended for a very select audience that was assisting us with the testing of the software. The casino was not ready to be released to the mass public but the email was sent in error. We endeavoured to attend to the mistake as quickly as possible. In spite of this, mrmark21, we welcome you to come and take up some of the most lucrative promotions on offer anywhere. I recommend you take advantage of these offers as they would go a long way to boosting your bankroll to aim for a huge win. If you will also PM with your username,, I will personally try and get you the best offers possible… and maybe a little more 

Balthazar – We have since removed the “Best Playing Tips” from any of our emails. Please understand that the “Best Playing Tips” was only attached to our emails as guides based on the feedback we receive from other clients that play at our casino. It was intended to help players extend their play time and maximize the entertainment value of the casino. Regardless of its intended purpose, we did receive some negative feedback and so it was removed with immediate effect. It is because of such feedback that we can tailor the casino experience to the benefit of our players so I thank everyone for this feedback. If you could PM me with your query surrounding our $3 000 Sign up bonus offer, I will more than happy clarify any questions you may have.

If there is anyone with a query that still awaits a resolution, please feel free to PM with the details and I will address them as a matter of urgency. While the forum posts are reviewed and responded to on a regular basis, PM’s are addressed with a much faster response time as we have a dedicated agent that exclusively deals with them. Alternatively, you can email me at feedback@redflush.eu and I will address your queries personally.

Regards

Rithen, I have no complaint about the games at all, it was my decision what games to play and I bust out, fair enough no beef there! I was just keeping the poster before me up to date with how I got on with the chip, that's all, as he wished me luck!

I'm glad you got rid of the 'advice' on the e-mails though, as it is annoying and insinuates the games aren't random.

My only complaint was resolved, as I stated. It was solely about the e-mail offer not being honoured when I logged in, as it stated it should have been. :)

I politely ask though, as others have, if you could explain on here how a player gets the $3000 bonuses your adverts/promo e-mails claim, as we cannot collectively figure it out.
