Hi,

over one week ago, i played the first time at redbet.com.

I make a deposit und i have a lot of luck and i win something. Now i want to pay out my Money. The Support want from me the ID Check. No Problem, so i Send Passport, Credit Card and a Bill To the Support. Now, over one week, i have every day asked the Support, but they say every day the Same To me, i should wait.

Is that normal? Can anybody help me what i should do?

Additional, My Account is since blocked.

I take redbet, because every where i read, they are very good Rated.

Thank for your help.

Markus

Hallo und Willkommen bei CM Markus

You can contact their CM rep here: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/34438/ .... just under his username you can see: "Send Private Message". At the bottom of the message you can click on "Request a read receipt for this message", then you will know if and when he read your message :)

Give him 1-2 days to answer, but usually he is pretty quick.

If no answer then a PAB might be the next step!!

They will probably claim that you've registered with the same IP before because that's what their terms looks like and they'll hold it against you whenever they can. I know a lot of people have had this problem with Bonnier/Evoke casinos. It doesn't really matter to them if someone else might have been assigned the very same IP at some point in time. Say you live in a collective. You play casino and someone else might too without you even knowing it or without you even knowing that person. To them it doesn't matter. They can and will ban you and confiscate your money. So basically with those kind of terms and how they are written ANYONE can fall victim of this.

That's why I only stick to casinos that don't impose such foolish rules because far from all of them do.

I've played at their casinos for 5 years and I don't think I've ever heard anyone complaining about not getting paid because of multiple IP before. They do have a reputation of being fair, that I've heard. They are also accredited here which mean they have to live up to a certain standard.
If you're a gambler and live in a collective then make sure noone else are playing at the same casinos. That rule is very common.

This guy have no idea yet if he's accused of anything so why scare him :)

That's your experience and no one can take that away from you, but if you wish me to quote and refer to all the people that have been subject of confiscated funds and accused of registering with the same IP I will gladly do so. From what I understand however, RedBet is the best run casino out of all the Bonnier/Evoke casinos, or at least the one with the best reputation. But it is still the same people behind it basically and the exact same terms apply.

The IP argument is quite frankly really stupid for obvious reasons (all it takes to understand why is some basic knowledge of the internet) and there are plenty of casinos that don't impose this rule so I see no reason to choose a casino where, if they feel like it (obviously according to their terms) they can ban you and take your money if they ever find you might have shared the same IP as some other user at some point in time, and that's exactly what their terms look like and how they interpret their rule in the many cases I have heard of.

You don't even have to live in a collective do be victim of this. IP-addresses can be assigned far from your own household and no, why should I have to care or take action in regard to what other people do privately? How is that any of my business?

Maybe you should start a thread about problems with IP addresses and Redbet or any company, to see what other have experienced, and what they think.
This thread is about a guy who looked for help with cashing out from Redbet so we maybe shouldn't derail it with this discussion.

I do hope he gets the help he need from their rep, or at least answers.

I agree with you. I'm sorry for interfering, but figured it might have been relevant information to Markus here. Will be interesting to see the reason however.

All the best

I'am not leaving in a collectiv, so i don't see any problems.

Maybe i have to much luck and maybe the think i have something manipulated

But everywhere i have read, they arme very well rated, so i don't unterstand My Situation

No one can answer this besides the casino themselves. Let us know the reason when or if you ever get one. But from my understanding and experience, once a casino bans you and confiscates your funds, well that's it. I have never heard of this being reversed? Obviously something you did is not ok with their terms. My guess is the IP argument, but who knows.

Did you play with a bonus or freespins at all?
