Hi all,

Does anybody know the actual timeframe for verification and withdrawal? I won a sizeable amount Saturday morning(today is Wednesday) and I’m still no closer to knowing when I’ll get the money?
Redbet replied very quickly on Saturday and I sent them the 1 document they requested.
Live chat just tell me its a different department dealing and they’ll email to get it sped up but had no luck.

I’m sorry but this is unacceptable, I cannot believe the funds are still being held. For a site that apparently offers ‘no fees, great offers & quick withdrawals’ 3 days later is terrible

Let’s hope you will back your word up and get back to me yesterday unlike your colleagues who never provide any information give timeframes that they don’t meet and have you waiting longer than any other casino for verification. You have all documents asked for. Do the right thing by giving me my money.

These people are shocking opened account last night and have just asked to close it before even getting the chance to deposit.
They had
1 bank statement
1 annual bank statement
1 pass port
1 letter from the DVLA which according to them are not a government agency
1 mobile phone bill
Yet I’m still not verified to hell with this carry on think I will just stick with the big 4
