While my last withdrawal was instant, it was not today.
Also, it was possible to reverse (as I did :p).

CS confirmed it would not be processed today.
No explanation as to why, and I did not ask.

There may have been a change.

(The amount was under €1000 and about 6 times my deposit.)

The ability to cancel has always been there.

With regards to processing, I mentioned in another thread that Redbet are still to train the newer CS Agents on payments. This has been on going for a while (A few months already) and it often leaves your withdrawal hanging there until a new team / finance gets in the next morning.

They honestly need to resolve this as the standard with withdrawals has dropped significantly recently.

They still are super quick, however that is dependent on WHO is on Shift and the time of day. The Wrong Crew means a pending withdrawal until someone who can process comes in.

I didn't realize this was an ongoing issue.

I usually make my choice of casino based on payment times.

This means instant payments will be favored over near-instant or within 2-4-6 hours.

This also means casinos like Guts and Betat may not see my deposit as they are 'only' super fast...

As I rarely cash out I may not realize the withdrawal isn't Instant at all. Not until I cash out on my tenth deposit.

And I may have been better off making my deposits at Guts or Betat where I get 2 hour payments on time, rather than instant payments the next day :D

Can't you invent some time program on your computer where you're not allowed to log in and reverse your money? :p

Redbet processing fast payments

Hi folks, please let me firstly wish you all Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year and all the best for 2015.

I would like to shed some light on the subject above.

Withdrawals on Redbet/ Bonnier Gaming brands are processed very fast within 1-15 minutes maximum and that was always like that, nothing changed in the meantime. As Nate, Mrjones and Tirilej already know our lovely customers are always welcome to pop by our live chat for the support agents to approve the withdrawals instantly. Normally the withdrawals under €1000 are approved until 1am at night. In Q1 of 2015 our payment team will be doubled which means that we will have payment processing in the evenings as well and therefore effected faster.

Any other questions/queries please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks and kind regards,
Marius Filip

Wouldnt say this is to be the truth on your other brands as i been waiting over 26 hours for one withdrawal.

Thats unless you dont payout during weekends?

He also says you can ask support and they can do it manually for you. There is obviously a reason for why you're not paid yet.

What did live support told you when you asked them?

I never bother casinos about withdraws until its been over 5-6 days.:what:

You maybe don't think about it but you are creating a bad vibe for Redbet for something that's maybe not needed, just by complaining about them being slow.

It's one thing to ask a question here but I suggest you always ask either live support or one of the reps here before these comments.
Just my opinion of course.

Just a little update on this.

Marius Filip did offer to look into why my payment was not instant.
That was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard back.
He may be on extended Holiday leave, I don't know.

I've been in touch with Redbet Alex.
Basically, a payment may be delayed, for a number of reasons.
I won't go into detail, as this was a PM.
Also, it's been confirmed that any payment will stay reversible until it's processed.
That may be seconds, minutes or hours or days, I guess.

I suggest that "No reverse time" is removed from the review.

Also, "Instant Cashouts" may need to be accompanied with some provision.

I believe Alex is in contact with CM over this.

Freddy

request to cashout on 01-01 19:36:28 still pending! fast cashout ?

If it's small you can ask support and they send it immediately. If it's bigger you can ask support why it takes so long.
It's not going to be faster with just a post here :)

1k, support just say i have to wait it will be completed soon.....

RedBet pays fast, but they're not instant.
Also, payments are still reversible.

The Meister minion reviews and my own experience confirm this.

I do feel their CM score of 9.5 gives them an unfair advantage.
Clearly they are among the very best casinos, but I'm guessing a true review score would put places like Guts, BetAt and Mr. Green ahead of them.
Don't casinos police each other? :D

It all depends on how much weight is given to 'instant payments' and 'no reverse'.

It all depends on how much weight is given to 'instant payments' and 'no reverse'.

As alluded to early in this thread, everyone has a different idea of what makes a good casino. For some it's fast cashouts. For me it's no reverse time, higher bet limits and game choice and I don't mind cash-outs taking a few days: as long as I can't reverse.

Therefore most aspects that are "rated" (cashouts, reverse, game choice etc) in the system are roughly equal. What should be remembered is that it is cashout "processing" time that is measured, not the actual receipt of funds as that is way too variable nd subjective to each player to be meausurable.

Yes, indeed. Every one of us has our own preferred normal deposit method and therefore we have our own benchmark for what we call 'quick' withdrawals. Most of us base this mark on a site having no reverse period and getting processed in minutes. If a Skrill/Neteller user it's very easy to identify cash-out times exactly. Personally I use debit card which like a credit card will usually be credited within 48 banking hours, 2 working days. So say for example I withdraw Sunday from Sky Vegas who process instantly or say Virgin or Unibet which are 2-5 hours in both cases their payment will reach my account early hours Tuesday at exactly the same time, despite Sky processing faster. Therefore to me they are equally fast.

If I were using a wallet, I'd probably be grizzling at how slow Virgin are when Sky paid me in 5 minutes.

So the above example demonstrates that rating for pending periods and cash-out time is highly subjective and not an exact science.:)

Thank you.

To me instant payments is a nice perk and I'm obviously talking about payments to E-wallets.

I do realize that some players don't value this as much as other features, so weighting will be be equal across many factors.

My point still stand though.

Instant payments (to E-wallets) and no reverse time simply don't apply for Redbet.

It's not fair to the true instant payment casinos of the BLM Group, which ironically is listed with 4/24 hour payments.

Freddy

Ok, Redbet has been always good to me, and the CS is very nice. Still, instant is just not true.

I had to wait for a withdrawal slightly over 1000$ for 2 days because "nobody was working in payments on the weekend", seperate thread was here. Also if you look at the Review at Casinomeister and the cashout reports, it says average 13 hours.

It's a fantastic casino, but they can improve when it comes to withdrawals.

True!
The wording should change on their review from Instant cashouts to Within 24hours, and to reversible until processed.

I will report my post and maybe Bryan will change it then because it's been wrong for a long time now.
