RedBet. Once? Maybe... Twice? Considering leaving.

How I know? I read and follow what is written in this forum, and like you I ask questions :)

Just remember it's not just Australians. Those from Canada can't play games from some providers. They can't even use ewallets anymore.
USA are restricted almost everywhere, not just from certain games but from most casinos.
UK, Denmark, Norway, Germany and so on. You're not alone in this.

It's not just a game but all games from a certain provider like WMS. You can't play any of them. I don't know exactly what you can play or not, that you have to ask each casino. Just don't blame them because they are just following the rules.

I appreciate you telling me this... moi... but you have missed my point.

The problem my friend... is why SOME games from the SAME provider are not available when others are. Why should I be able to play one NetEnt game but not another because I live in this part of the world. I'm not blaming anyone... I'm asking questions that no one seems to be able (or willing) to answer.

Thats it... thats all I am asking. Why some and not others. I've not pointed a finger except to say that Aussies players should think twice. If that's offensive to the moderator and the casino in question then hey... so-be-it.

Probably because of copyright, as I wrote before. That is something you have to accept and nothing you can do anything about.

What games are you talking about?

don't know to answer this but i noticed too. i use a free vpn that give Netherlands IP(to access sites that are banned by our regulator thru internet providers), and while i was looking for new slots to test on VS, i noticed that Barcrest category shown more games to play than when i was with ip from my location, Romania. the slots are random themed, and i'm certain that don't tie copyright problems with my location. on VJ though, some of the games i saw in VS with NL ip, i was able to see and play on VJ with RO ip. so when is not copyright related, could be that casinos choose what countries to access some games, don't know why, something related to licence i guess. while casumo, energy, mybet and possibly more excluded our country from Novomatics, Quasar and Stargames offered them, so wasn't a provider action. it was either licence limitations or they were afraid of the easterners that played Novos all their life in landbased.
you should try multiple casinos each licensed in different location, and if on all the games are blocked then is clearly copyright issue. if you try branded slots made in cooperation with Universal or so then copyright is certain. why? they don't like your money :))

why? they don't like your money :))[/QUOTE]

Apparently not! Which is ridiculous! If I went to a land-based casino and used the currency of the casino they couldn't care less where my original currency was from. Australian dollars are good just about everywhere as far as I know. I convert my money into euro to play at redbet and yet I can't play certain games because I live in Australia.

It just goes to show that online is rigged. You are penalised because of your country of origin. And yeh dandan... shutup because casinomeister might not like you bagging a casino he makes money from as a major affiliate!!

Firstly - your last comment is out of line and will/should result in a penalty.

Secondly, as Triliej has pointed out, some games from software providers' suites are blocked in certain countries. That's just the way it is and nobody except the copyright owner (or the entity making the decision) can do anything about it. This will be the case for these particular games until legislation changes or the entity makes another interpretation of the laws in that particular country.

That in itself is very rude!

It's your choice but I avoid casinos where I have to exchange my currency to another.

You're free to criticise any casino you want. There are a few exceptions:
Quote from maxd: "...if your criticism is civil, moderately well-reasoned and not an unrelenting crusade then chances are you'll be thanked for your contribution." :)
