That screen usually shows when the game / provider is not available to that particular country or has been restricted for one reason or another (EG: Licencing/RG etc)

That's all UK players get now with all MG slots at Redbet, wife's a regular there and to this day only vague answers as to whats going on.

Kind of worrying with the MG ban for UK players at Redbet then the huge Netent pullout for Canadians, where does it all end.

Well heard from them and quote

"We are aware of the issue, but unfortunately it is because we're not able to provide Microgaming slots for UK players at the moment.
We kindly ask you to play another game providers games, since these are not available for you."

and then when I told them I was not happy because I was not made aware of this when taking a bonus with massive play through requirements they said ...

" We will hide these games for UK players soon, that you won't be able to see them either."

So no Microgaming for UK players at Redbet any longer ....

I can forfeit the bonus they said but that would mean just getting my orrigal deposit back and loosing what im up by ....

if I had known there was no MG i would not have taken the bonus at all ....

I know they cant control what Micrograming are doing but they should have made this FULLY aware to UK players.

Very bad practice in my view.

Is there any country left where you can play all games without any hassle???

So what are the most recent ones:

WMS

Dec 2015 - added 50% of the world to restricted list, e.g. Thailand

Netent

May 2016 - No Canada

MG

Redbet - no UK
any others?

The question as to where it all ends is indeed valid and very present? You get the feeling the industry is going down completely tomorrow

Hi Everyone,

Quickfire games are currently unavailable to some players in certain countries. This is only a temporary thing. I'm currently waiting for some answers from QF themselves before the games will be back up again.

Sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time.

Hi thanks for the info I was though told from one of your support team they are removing them from view for UK players. Which made me think this was a permanent situation .. but think some notification should be given for UK players , not good making a deposit and seeing a whole load of games not available. Good luck with sorting it though

This makes no sense. It's fully legal now in the UK, and both Microgaming and the casinos with UK licenses can offer service to UK players. This messing about for no good reason will cost casinos their UK players, who will drift towards casinos that DO offer the games they like without any problems.

This should have been sorted out in the supply chain BEFORE the "last resort" action of pulling the games without notice. Customers don't need to be the victim of spats between operator and supplier, it's bad for business when they do.

Migrogaming seems to be available to UK players elsewhere, so one thing this is not is a UKGC licensing issue for the software supplier itself, which would result in a blanket removal of their games from all casinos in a given market, as we have seen in Canada.

Well who knows they could be about to pull MG from all Uk casinos .... not fact just speculation on my part ... or it could be a software glitch for Redbet but dont sound like by what support told me.

They paid me a withdraw really quick which was good but without MG games im not going to deposit there again unless they get the games back. May as well use a casino that does have the full set of games.

If it was for the whole UK market thats a different matter as it would effect every place us Brits play at so we would need to live with them. But so far who knows ...

That's the big problem, nobody seems to have much of a clue what's going on. Players get different stories every time they ask, and even "100% reassurances" are worthless, just ask the Canadians who were told repeatedly that there were no plans for a full withdrawal of NetEnt, and who are even now getting differing stories from different casinos over what is going to happen in just a few hours from now.

If there was to be a full pull out from the UK by Microgaming, it would mean the end of 32Red download and Casino rewards in the UK market, and it would happen very quickly and with little or no notice. Noone is prepared to reassure UK players that this isn't the case.

It seems that even being 100% LEGAL here makes little difference, the situation is no better than that in Canada where it's moving from a grey market to being illegal.

Instant withdrawals?

Casinomeister frontpage says:

"Casinomeister's Top Rated Casinos - Accredited, Certified, and Reviewed" .. "Redbet Redbet Casino Review 9.7 Instant Cashouts - no reverse time - weekend payouts included"

I signed up with this casino some 10 years back, but didn't deposit appreciable nor ever asked for withdrawal until tonight. So whats going on with my EUR 3,197 Neteller withdrawal still reversible since almost 4 hours ago??

Why advertise such information on the welcome page of CM when its apparently not true! There are better options for the readers when they lookfor quick deposit for quick cashout.

No real reason to complain, Redbet pays very often between instant - a few minutes. My last withdrawal with them was for 13K EUR and they paid in less than 10 minutes.

If you would have made the effort to go to the review page you would have found out that pending periods can happen:

https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-reviews/redbet/

Futher:

- it is Sunday morning
- holiday season.

Surely, waiting a few hours shouldn't be that much of an issue.

Apparently you say this is your first withdrawal... this may be the sole reason, as those first withdrawals may be prone to a verification process, especially when they are equal to, or larger then 2700,-, which is more or less the average threshold a player can collect before getting asked to verify.

Taking the points Harry just mentioned into account, it seems pretty clear why you didn't receive it instantly.
And on that note, they usually pay me instantly too, since after my first withdrawal

So no worries, if your a genuine player and made the withdrawal without using a Bonus, or with, but without breaking any rules, then you will get paid. soon.

I made a small bank cashout in 2014 and a small Neteller cashout earlier this weekend, as well as having account properly verified this weekend

Withdrawal, Bank €145.00

I never read the review, which I see is giving a more detailed picture. The short text on frontpage is not very accurate as it makes Redbet look the fastest on cashout, altho I would say Videoslots among others are in fact faster from Meister Minions data and my own experience. Nevertheless I see my post last night could sound like a bit too critic, but it was not really pointed towards Redbet but to Casinomeister ;)

And by the way, the cashout was processed as I wrote this text :) Great site - its surely on my personal accredited list

I agree they should put a notice up stating MG games aren't available at this time for UK players prior to accepting deposits. Most obvious place would be the deposit screen.

Of course no site wants to appear threadbare and devoid of playable games, it would look awful.

So what better way than to leave the entire MG portfolio running for UK players without any form of notice! Nice one Redbet!

Still, what a nice change it makes to see that 404 screen. Saves the usual laggy broken disconnects we get with MG anyway!:mad:
