I made a first depo last December with Redbet obviously because of it's rep here and knowing i was in safe hands as Andy is always on the forum. I wondered why i didn't deposit again and last night i was reminded why.

I got constant lag on the games and i was froze out quite a lot so my gaming experience was not that great.

This is in no way a complaint as i know it maybe has a lot to do with my browser or settings but if anyone has any tips on how i can overcome this, it would be great.

I was using Google chrome and if i remember, i was using Firefox last time.

Happens to me too (NetEnt + Firefox @ RedBet). Every minute or so you get a spin that takes longer than usual, and sometimes you even get kicked out of the game with a message that the game doesn't work at the moment (the worst offender for that is DOA, which seems to kick you out if the spin takes more than 10 seconds).

It's annoying, especially if you want to "reload" the page it says that you are already playing that game so you have to pick a new one.

Yes me too,the annoying thing is, is that it does not happen on any other NetEnt i have (only two) so i can't fathom why?

I would really love to keep depoing there but there is nothing worse than being froze out all the time, especially when you are losing lol.

It happens to me occasionally everywhere...

I tried using Chrome and seem to be having less disconnects than on Firefox. Also, if you are using Firefox, try to update to the latest version (I have had less disconnects after the update)

I know Andy is aware of the issue and NetEnt are investigating the causes..

Before you do anything, you must know that Chopley's advice in the other thread is to improve graphics and smoothness and it's not related to the server issues that you are experiencing.

same problem here but not with net ent my problem was micro gaming couldnt play anymore on it , sent andy a e mail, it was sorted as andy mailed back for a check on it, havnt been back to play MG but have played net ent which was fine strange though becuse whilst playing @ whitebet ( sistersite ) of redbet its the other way round i get those realy long spins & get kicked from server on net ent ??? . but it was ok yesturday.

It's one of those really annoying things that affects a small number of players and we can't find a link between those affected, geographically or in terms of their set up.
Massive pain in the backside I know, I can only apologise. We're still looking into it and each time a case is reported it helps us get closer I suppose.

Are the MG and NetEnt games hosted on the same server? Since the exact same problem appears to occur with both clients, that would narrow it down to the server.

All the games are hosted centrally and we use the same servers as the other casinos who have NetEnt and Microgaming Quickfire as I understand it.
Everyone seems to be having issues I've spoken to other casino managers and players about this.
It's affecting different people and not affecting others, similarly if a player tries one casino and it's fine they may have issues on a different one, that's adding to the confusion.

Are the MG and NetEnt games hosted on the same server? Since the exact same problem appears to occur with both clients, that would narrow it down to the server.

last week i played at redbet elements and live dealer roulette..

netent game lag.. live dealer runs smoothly...

every time i have this...at nordicbet it happens too i get everytime pop up it say session time out.....
at redbet.. when play netent game .. and meanwhile its spinning.. i go to homepage of redbet and click around most of times when i click it affect the slot game it will lose his connection...

hope this info will give a idea to improve it...

btw got my first withdraw last week... i went to chat.. Linda she insta aproved after 5 minutes checking...

not bad.. i like this....not many can repeat ur casino withdraw time...
