Sorry to hijack this thread but why is Redbet not Accredited? i find there support and fast cashout 2nd to none there aint many casinos around who process the withdrawal quicker then Redbet, ive had few and always got it within 20 hours, sometimes couple of hours,just had a gr8 hit there see screenshots and it makes you feel good when you can trust a casino

It's a mystery to me, maybe they have to apply to be accredited, or something?

However I did read one thing in here, someone posted that the wagering on the bonuses is really good. I contacted live support to see and they said it is 35x wagering and 40x wagering. That is not obviously good at all. HOWEVER support told me the bonus money is redeemable. So if thats true, it makes sense as a lot of casino's dont allow you to cash it out.

We're genuinely trying to create the kind of casino that we'd like to play at, and that's not marketing blarney - Myself and the MD in particular are big casino players (slots) and that's why we try to be as responsive as we can to feedback. The Baptism of Fire would be great because you can expose any flaws we have yet to address.

Unfortunately Bryan and I haven't been able to meet up to discuss it properly and get the ball rolling. Hopefully we'll manage it soon.

Registered at Redbet after watching Chopley's video not long ago. Looks fun and all, but what bothers me is the fact that it's in Euros only. Exchanging $CAD for Euros back and forth every time that I want to deposit and withdraw represents a major loss of money in the long run, this is not good when you're already playing against the house odds.

Remember that wagering is the Bonus ONLY - not Deposit + Bonus like most other casinos. And indeed it is cashable.
That makes their wagering nearly as low as Microgaming - and MILES lower than RTG or Playtech (generally speaking).
That puts their welcome bonus in the top 60 of the casinos I list = not too bad.

Well let's not get ahead of ourselves
I do agree that Andy is one if the niocest reps we have on board, engaged and definitely generous.
But i did encounter several issues with automated loyalty, and was misinformed to put it gently once by a chat rep.
So there is still some room for improvement.
But thats just me being critical, i do like to see the likes of Redbet in the accredited section, and definitely agree that they are
ahead of some of the accredited casinos, based on players here, and my own experience.
One of the things i like is the 4 games at once feature.
I have confidence that Andy will lead the casino in the Acc. section soon!

Well, I made my 1st deposit at Redbet yesterday, made the w/r and sent in documents that in most cases are more than enough, I do not drive nor have I ever renewed my passport.

My documents - My old passport, a screenshot of my Neteller account showing the deposit to Redbet, a most recent pdf from my isp showing my address etc, a photo copy of both sides of a debit card, when I sent these I explained I do not have photo id, I have received an email stating they need photo id..why?.

That`s not the case hun, there are probably many people like me that do not have photo ID, and what does photo ID actually prove?, I could be a 13 year old kid using mummy or daddies ID and sending in pictures of their photo ID`s, photo ID`s prove nothing and never will unless you are sitting opposite them in a room as to compare them to the photo.

What does prove both address and age however is an downloaded upto date pdf of your recent telephone bill, and ring them up using the number clearly stated on this bill, you cannot have a phone line in the UK unless you are 18+, you also cannot change the details on these pdf downloads, and ofc a photo copy of each side of a credit card with my name on it.

That pdf download is more than enough to prove identity, age, address, how much more do they need?, nothing, all the casinos I previously stated didn`t.

Update - My withdrawal has now been processed tyvm Redbet for that .

A brief outline on just how important a pdf downloaded file is from your ISP etc.

1). When you 1st contact them regarding their services they will credit and electoral roll check you, now they know everyone who lives at that address, if you are not on the electoral roll for your current address they will check your previous address.

2). After instalment they will now have on record your bank details for the direct debit, age and address verification that has been authenticated during the instalment process.

3). The pdf details many things including the phone number in the account holders name (we now know beyond doubt that the account holder is 18+ and their name is correct courtesy of both the electoral roll/credit checks, and their bank details), these files cannot be tampered with.

4). All that is needed is the person whom the pdf is related to make a phone call using the number in the pdf.

5). A pdf file and phone call from the respective number prove a whole heap more than photo ID is capable of.

For future reference Andy, explain to your security staff just how much verification information is at hand, just from one of these upto date downloaded pdf utility bills .

Once again though ty Redbet for an amicable resolving of my withdrawal .
